Cute little cottage walking distance from downtown Golden

  • 5 of 5

Great location, we came for a wedding Labor Day weekend and just fell in love with Golden!! This house is walking distance to everything!! You don't need a car, we just had the best time wandering the town of Golden, the Coor's tour is just a couple blocks away. We will be back, The couple from Oakley, Utah :)

Great memories

  • 5 of 5

We had a great week here. The house had everything you needed and spacious. It was only 2 blocks from downtown Golden. We always enjoyed our walk thru the park which was one block away on our way to downtown Golden. So convenient to all of the restaurants, shops and the river walk. We hated to leave.

Great place to stay within walking distance to downtown!

  • 5 of 5

Place was really clean and well kept. It was easy finding the house and ideal getting in and out of the house by key pad lock. We walked downtown for shopping and for some of Golden's great food almost every night! Will look for this place again on our next visit.

Great house in a perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is located literally STEPS from a gorgeous park and easy walking distance from all kinds of places to eat and shop! Beds were very comfortable and house was clean and well maintained. We didn't take advantage of the kitchen because we only had 5 days and were on the run most of the time, but it was a good size and when we go back, we'll probably at least do breakfast and snacks in it.

Owners were very responsive and friendly through text. We will absolutely be back and will definitely plan our dates based on when this property is available.

Great location, good house

  • 4 of 5

Can't beat a two minute walk out the back door to get on the bike/walking path that leads to the Clear Creek path. The house itself is old, as everyone has remarked, but it was spotless. Kept fairly cool even on a hot weekend with two window A/C units and a freestanding third unit.

Our only complaint was that several of the window screens were busted out so we couldn't leave the windows open. Golden had had a severe hailstorm earlier in the month and the owner explained that this was the reason for the broken screens. They should be replaced soon.

Would definitely stay at this house if travels bring us back to the area.
