Hi! Welcome to our newly redecorated vacation town home with all of the conveniences of home. We are super proud of our ALL 5-STAR REVIEWS! Thank you, to our wonderful renters!! This townhouse is located in the WINTERSET TOWNHOME complex. This is a roomy 2 bedroom, plus loft, 3 bathroom unit, with more than 1600 square feet of living space, and sleeps up to 8!

Our 3 story condo offers the following amenities: The first floor has two master bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom - - one with a king size bed, flat screen TV/dvd. The second offers a beautiful new queen-size bed, with drawer storage, and mirrored closet doors and TV. Enjoy the convenience of the new front loading washer and dryer during your stay!
The second floor is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen for your cooking needs, a living room with TV, and 'smart' DVD (with Vudo, Netflix, Pandora, etc). Plus a radio/ipod player, new pellet burning stove/fireplace, dining room, and a full bathroom. Our new dining table with bench is accented with an antler chandelier and seats 8, plus 2 more at the bar. The large living room sectional has a pull out queen bed.
The third floor, semi-private 'loft' sleeps 4, and offers a queen bed with custom log headboard and a twin log bunkbed.
We also offer complementary WiFi and unlimited local and long distance phone calls.
The Winterset Townhome complex offers beautiful grounds, grass or snow play area right outside door. A shared sauna, outdoor Jacuzzi and pool (pool open in summer only).
Our condo is located near the Mammoth shuttle bus route (directly to Eagle Lodge), and is conveniently located walking distance to town, the grocery store, restaurants, and the Red Line shuttle (to The Village, Eagle and Main Lodges).

About Jill B
We are a family of 7 from Southern California. We have been dreaming about a Mammoth Mountain getaway of our own and searching the market for years…looking for the perfect condo. It needed to sleep many, have a large living area and be walking distance to EVERYTHING. Summer of 2013 this beautiful condo came on the market and we grabbed it. Now we are sharing it with you. It is fully redecorated, with all new bedding, linens and rugs, and very clean. We grew up skiing with our families and are so excited to share this beautiful place with our own children now…and our wonderful renters! We love Mammoth and enjoy not only skiing/boarding, but hiking, biking, golfing and fishing as well.. WE HOPE YOU WILL ENJOY IT AS MUCH AS WE DO.

Why Jill B chose Mammoth Lakes
We picked Winterset because its centrally located to every thing. The walk to Town: restaurants/bars, grocery store, Starbucks, movie theaters and ski rentals is less than a block away, and the free shuttle short walk. PARK YOU CAR AND FORGET IT or FLY into the Mammoth airport and take a taxi to the condo! We love the new Rock n Bowl bowling alley just a short walk away as well. We can see the pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and beautiful trees from our large living room window and balcony. Our unit is in the middle of the complex (the best place to be) so you won’t hear cars with chains/snow plows or noisy buses on the road. We are in a area with many trees so we feel like we are in the forest and protected from the strong winter winds but still get a nice summer breeze . The unit gets a lot of sun with a southern exposure. Unpacking is easy because theirs a short flat walkway and 2 parking spots.
What makes this Townhome unique
Because we have an end unit townhome with one common wall, its very quiet, nobody above or below and windows on all 3 sides. We have 2 down stairs bedrooms, which makes it easy for unpacking your luggage. Our cathedral ceilings with ceiling fan to gently blow warm air down in winter and cool in summer. The unit also has 3 full baths, very convenient. There is one private bath in the master and a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a tall queen and a full bath. The Loft sleeps 4 with a custom log queen bed and twin log bunk beds. The last bath with a shower is up stairs on the main floor. There is a good size kitchen fully stocked, dinning table for 8 people… two can sit at counter, and a big comfy sectional couch with queen sleeper. We have a new pellet stove fireplace that keeps the main floor super toasty and is easily controlled by a thermostat...No more trying to get a fire started and much warmer.

We stayed at Jill’s place over the New Years holiday. The place is great! Jill has everything organized perfectly for a wonderful stay and keeps in touch if you have any questions. Very nicely decorated and very clean (big deal in my family). The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely come back! Thank you again for everything!

The Perfect Family Getaway!
This quiet, comfy condo is located near the Vons shopping area. We enjoyed the option of walking around town. The condo itself is 3-story layout, very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The owners have great communication and thought of everything to make the stay easy.
We were very happy with our stay in Mammoth. The condo was perfect for our group of 2 adults and 5 kids. The younger kids loved the upstairs loft, while the older 2 enjoyed having a room to themselves. The ceiling fans helped to keep the temperature cool, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The condo was very clean and well-kept, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked. I liked that when I got up in the middle of the night, the hall light would come on dimly as I started to move and then turn off soon after - it made finding the bathroom and getting back to bed very easy. There was a great DVD collection as well as games to play. We loved having 3 bathrooms! The BBQ on the balcony came in handy, and the kids swam several afternoons in the complex pool (which was a little cold, but the kids still had fun). Jill was very easy to work with and even provided a small welcome gift - it was a nice touch. We will definitely stay here again in the future! A++
Perfect Holiday! Perfect Condo!
We stayed at Jill's condo for 4 nights in February and had a great time. The condo was well set up for our 2 families with 2 masters and a loft with bunk beds for the kids. We are already looking to rebook our next trip!
Best Condo in Mammoth
Jill's condo is truly a home away from home. I have rented this condo in summer and winter for the last 3 years. Perfectly comfortable and well appointed-- Jill has seen to every last detail----comfortable, spotless, homey. Located in town but absolutely quiet---away from the street. The high ceiling living room is outstanding--- a great feeling of space.
Better than expected
We come to Mammoth often and it is soooo nice to find a rental that meets every possible need for every one in our group. The townhome was very well equipped, maintained, clean, comfortable and cozy. The jacuzzi was a very short distance away and the location of the townhome was ideal. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Jill was very helpful from booking to check out. Over all, I can say that we felt home away from home. Thank you Jill for taking such good care of your townhome and sharing it with us!
