800+ Sq Ft With A Huge Patio That Looks Straight Out To Keystone Mountain
Requirements for a great mountain condo:
-Walking distance from the ski lifts. Check. This beautiful condo is just steps from the Argentine and Peru lifts at the base of Keystone Mountain.
-Big mountain views. Check. This isn't one of those condos where if you stand on your tiptoes at one corner of the kitchen window you can see the slopes. There they are, straight out your private patio.
-Great hot tub, pool, and sauna. Check. Nothing is better than getting off the mountain and hopping into a great hot tub. Or sauna. Or both.
-Space for you and your family. Check. This is a spacious 1-bedroom with over 850 square feet of living space, not one of the tiny little places you'll find elsewhere. California King bed in the main bedroom, and a great futon in the living room sleeps 4 comfortably, and if you want to break out the air mattress you can sleep another two more.
-Location right in the center of noisy river run. Nope, sorry. This place is near Mountain House, which has all the amenities but none of the commotion of River Run.
-Big patio for summer afternoons (and nice summer afternoons too). Check. Huge patio with your very own gas grill for firing up steaks or veggies or whatever your heart desires.
-Easy parking and access. Check. Access is just off of Highway 6 in Keystone.
Easy access to other skiing. Check. Walk out to the lifts at Keystone in the winter, or drive a short 5 minutes to A-Basin, 20 minutes to Breckenridge, Copper, or Loveland, or 40 minutes to Vail.
In the summer, mountain bike at Keystone or on the nearby Summit County trials, sail on Lake Dillon, or hike in the Tenmile or Gore ranges.
Food and drink is nearby as well, and River Run Village is within walking distance.

Why Jake Vos chose Keystone
My wife and I wanted a place in the mountains where we could walk to the lifts, have cocktails on the patio with mountain views, spend time in a great hot tub, and duck the weekend traffic. This is the place.
What makes this Condo unique
Amazing mountain views straight out the patio -- you don't need to stand up on your tiptoes or look around the corner of the building, the mountain is right there. Top it off with a great fire place, short walks to the lifts, and a great hot tub and sauna, what more can you want?

Spring Break 2018
My family of 4 (kids 11 and 13) stayed for 6 nights and had a great time. We would definitely rent this place again. It is large, has a well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and towels, a washer and dryer, large flat screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, a separate vanity sink in the master bedroom, and a heated indoor pool. We found the huge master bed and pillows very comfortable.
We did have an issue at check in; the owners were very responsive; and they completely resolved the issue to our satisfaction.
In the interest of full disclosure, there are two futons in the living room, but we decided to have the kids sleep on our large air mattress. The room is large enough that we left it on the floor the entire visit. The unit is close to the main road running through Keystone and on a couple of nights we did hear a truck or two in the middle of the night.
Family of 4 - January 2018
Our family of four - kids 9 & 7, spent 4 nights at the condo and couldn't be happier with the accommodations. There were plenty of blankets, bath towels, pool towels, and pillows for everyone. The kids had their own beds (futons) in the living room and enjoyed the gas fireplace with a timer to fall asleep to. The kids swam in the pool and we all used the hot tub in the evenings. The only negative was the quirky elevator that went to the 3rd floor 90% of the time you pushed the 2nd floor button. We took the stairs up and down as it was not an issue but it may be for some.
The condo was very close to the Mountain House base area and only a 12-min walk to River Run. We ate at the following restaurants which are very close: The Goat - Typical bar food with good happy hour prices (Not kid friendly much later than apres' ski), Pizza 101 - Very good pizza and decent prices (Can be very busy with long pick-up/delivery times), and Dos Locos - Decent Mexican food with a solid happy hour (Condo welcome guide nails it when they say, "good, not great").
Overall, we really enjoyed our time at the condo and would love to stay there again.
Glad you enjoyed! The HOA has been working on the elevator's odd predilection for the 3rd floor for a bit now; they hope to have a final upgrade in place some time this spring. Happy to have you staying with us.
Quiet and close!
Enjoyed this cozy but spacious 1BR condo on a recent ski trip. Comfortable walking distance to the hill, rental and a variety of restaurants. Hot tub was a short walk to adjacent building.
We really enjoyed staying here with our boys!
The location is wonderful; fabulous views off the private deck. Easy short walk to the lifts, best pizza right around the corner, ski locker for the gear, great pool/hot tub house & private laundry in the condo. We couldn't have asked for more and would stay here again!
Cozy spot in great location
Enjoyed a three night stay here with my wife and two young children. The condo was the perfect size for our family of four and the walkable distance to Keystone's base provided us the flexibility we needed to come and go from skiing each day as needed. Pool and hot tub were great and conveniently located. Will definitely be making a return trip.
Great family stay
We stayed in late March for five days during a ski vacation.
- Big enough for a couple and 1 (or even 2) kids. Quite spacious for European - Alps standards, fair for US standards.
- Very well equipped unit (kitchen, linen, ...), feeling of being at home (decoration, books, dvd movies...). Wi-fi works perfectly.
- Good location: although the building is adjacent to the highway, the living room faces the mountain (good views). The bedroom faces the higway, but not an issue to sleep (at least in winter time with the windows closed). Very quick and nice walk to Mountain View slopes & Ski School, (4 minutes with ski boots and a 4 years old kid, timed). Ski School facilities are much better at Mountain View base than at River Run for very young kids. On the contrary, nothing to do at Mountain View in the evening, although there are a couple of bars & restaurants very close to the condo. You can easily walk to River Run, (around 10-15m), but if you have a car, there is a huge free parking space there. (2 minutes drive).
- Swimming pool area is great too.
Keystone hosts world-class skiing and snowboarding in the winter and world-class mounain biking and fly fishing in the summer.
