One bedroom one bath condo completely remodeled and meticulously maintained.
This is a downstairs end unit on the east side, with outstanding views of the golf course and mountains off the back lanai.
Some of the updates include new tile in entry, bathroom and kitchen.
New carpet is in the bedroom and living room.
The kitchen was completely redone with new cabinets, granite countertops, recessed lighting, new appliances, and stocked with most things you would find at home.
When the trade winds are blowing, there is a comfortable breeze that goes thru this property.
There are also ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom and a/c in the bedroom if needed.
Comfortable, tasteful furniture in the living room and there are flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom.
This unit is decorated with tropical themes as well as surfing photographs of the North Shore.
The back lanai is a perfect spot to view the morning sunrise, watch the golfers, bird watching and enjoying the scenery.

We love Oahu's North Shore and what it has to offer as well as the location of this property.
As both being professionals, and putting a lot of time and energy into the details of this property, we hope to create

We chose this property for its location, golf course views, privacy, proximity to beach and resort.
The property grounds are always being maintained.
This unit has a designated parking spot and the pool is
a minute away.
The condo is nice and in a very nice location, peaceful and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The bedroom is air conditioned, but not the entire condo. During the day we would open the front door and lanai doors and allow the air to flow through making in quite comfortable. Not sure how well that would work during the hottest time of year. We thought we had run out of toilet tissue and paper towels, but found some under the bed. There was only enough coffee for making one pot. There were no extra trash bags other than those in the trash cans. The person who cleans the condo could do a better job. On the bottom shelf in the corner where all of the coffee and spices were kept the person just pushed them aside and cleaned what was exposed. When I removed items I found what I first thought were mouse turds, but discovered after looking on the Internet, were Cock Roach turds. There were lots of them. I then checked the second shelf which was clean. The top shelf was dirty with cooking grease that accumulates over time in a kitchen from cooking. It also had lots of Cock Roach turds. It had not been cleaned in a long time. I looked on top of the cabinets and it was very dusty and dirty with lots of Cock Roach turds and Cock Roach bait had been placed there. One would think that when putting the bait up there they would see how dirty it was and clean it. Each day we saw at least one Cock Roach on the floor in the morning, the smallest was about 1/2 inch and the largest about an inch and a quarter. I also found Cock Roach turds in the corner on the back splash of the kitchen counter. That indicated that the condo simply had a quick wipe down and not a good cleaning. Otherwise all appliances worked well. The instructions to operating the TV were inadequate, but we were eventually able to figure out how to use the TV. Other than the discrepancies above the condo was very nice. Maybe, I am being a little harsh as Cock Roaches are a given in Hawaii, but we previously rented another condo in the same location that did not have a Cock Roach problem. We chose this condo because the previous one was no longer available. If the above issues are remedied I would give it a five star rating.
I almost forgot to add that the swimming pools there are wonderful. There are three of them. They are possibly the nicest pools I have ever been to. They use a salt water cleaning system so there is no strong chlorine odor.
How does one make perfect better?.....More Perfect!! Rob & Mary's condo is just that. Everything in the description is there. Entering the condo, you look around. You open cabinets, closets, drawers. You discover the stacked washer/dryer and find they have provided clothes soap. The kitchen is complete, cookware, flatware, glassware, cups, it's all there. Matching as well. Not a hodge-podge of stuff from a distant cabin. The bar stools at the kitchen island are a perfect height to sit upon and grab your meal or use the map, that's provided. The dining table seats 4 with enough elbow room for everyone. The master bed is fresh and very comfortable. The sofa bed/air mattress is comfortable, so says my daughter. There's WIFI, if needed. There's an air conditioner, wasn't needed. Open the louvered windows in the bedroom and living room to feel the trade winds. We kept the front door opened to enhance the breeze. Yes, you really feel the breeze. The living room slider opens up to the golf course. Great view of the really close mountains. That's the spot to have your morning coffee before beginning your day in paradise. Also, the spot for your evening night cap. You're in paradise, go explore the beaches and the local establishments. The food trucks on the way to Haleiwa are foodie faire. You won't be disappointed. Best local dining tip I got...local eating places don't have alcohol, just BYOB. Foodland is near by. It's OK, it's paradise brah.....Mahalo.
I was really happy with this unit, definitely surpassed my expectations. The unit actually looks better than the pictures. It was freshly updated, clean and just had a peaceful serenity. Decor was modern and tasteful. It had everything you need for an enjoyable stay, Netflix was a great bonus, as well as the Foodland membership card. I would highly recommend.

Me and my family absolutely loved this condo! It had everything we needed for the perfect weekend getaway! The backyard is also big and opens to the golf course so it gave my two toddlers a little backyard playing space! It was also breezy enough for a little family outdoor BBQ! House and owners were very nice and prompt to answer any questions! Overall it was beautiful and I highly recommend it for all small families:) Aloha
My husband, children, and I just returned home from our week long stay at this fabulous condo. We found the condo clean and well stocked without feeling cluttered. The typed directions were helpful and the check in and out processes were fluid. The unit is in a quiet corner of the complex and we never heard any neighbors. The view from the back patio is beautiful and relaxing, our kids had fun watching the birds and the frogs at night. Everything we needed was available and in good working order. We cooked 50% of the time and did so easily with what is in the kitchen. Ted's down the road is a must for a big inexpensive breakfast and treats, and between Turtle Bay and Haleiwa many food trucks and restaurants are available. There was plenty of room and sleeping options for our family to sleep comfortably and pillows and bedding were all good. It was great to have beach gear available and we found the only thing we needed were water shoes after a day exploring at Sharks Cove without them! We found some at Food Land for a great price. The key ring has a Food Land card on it so you get the local price for food! The pool was clean and warm and a short walk from the condo door, we didn't use the grill but saw another family who did and it looked easy. The beach at Turtle Bay is a short walk or drive away and has great swimming as well as many other beautiful beaches on the North Shore. We easily took many day trips to Kailua, Ko Olina coves, and Honolulu. The North Shore is the best place to stay and we would absolutely stay at this condo again!
