One bedroom one bath condo completely remodeled and meticulously maintained.
This is a downstairs end unit on the east side, with outstanding views of the golf course and mountains off the back lanai.
Some of the updates include new tile in entry, bathroom and kitchen.
New carpet is in the bedroom and living room.
The kitchen was completely redone with new cabinets, granite countertops, recessed lighting, new appliances, and stocked with most things you would find at home.
When the trade winds are blowing, there is a comfortable breeze that goes thru this property.
There are also ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom and a/c in the bedroom if needed.
Comfortable, tasteful furniture in the living room and there are flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom.
This unit is decorated with tropical themes as well as surfing photographs of the North Shore.
The back lanai is a perfect spot to view the morning sunrise, watch the golfers, bird watching and enjoying the scenery.

Awesome location, great place
We could not have been more pleased. Easy access, great amenities, and comfortable living space.
We stayed here for Christmas. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. The place was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. An observation:there was a lot of confusion about light switches and there is no wall switch for the bedroom which would have been helpful at night. I gave this a 4 star instead of 5 because the place was very dusty. We had to dust the bedroom and living area before we could unpack our items. Having stayed at other rentals on this property, I would rate this as one of the best. I would enjoy staying there, again.
Beautiful condo better than pictured
Condo was beautiful had everything you needed plus more. Was very clean and well decorated . Perfect for family of 4 . Really enjoyed are stay in Paradise .

Very cozy and nicely decorated. Great view of golf course. Really liked that they provided snorkel gear, boogie boards, umbrella, and other supplies.
A home away from home
We absolutely LOVED our time at Kuilima Estates East. The condo was well equipped and comfortable -- truly a great place to stay. The close access to Turtle Bay, as well as other area beaches, made it the perfect location. We will certainly stay with you again the next time we are on the North Shore. Mahalo!
The condo is nice and in a very nice location, peaceful and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The bedroom is air conditioned, but not the entire condo. During the day we would open the front door and lanai doors and allow the air to flow through making in quite comfortable. Not sure how well that would work during the hottest time of year. We thought we had run out of toilet tissue and paper towels, but found some under the bed. There was only enough coffee for making one pot. There were no extra trash bags other than those in the trash cans. The person who cleans the condo could do a better job. On the bottom shelf in the corner where all of the coffee and spices were kept the person just pushed them aside and cleaned what was exposed. When I removed items I found what I first thought were mouse turds, but discovered after looking on the Internet, were Cock Roach turds. There were lots of them. I then checked the second shelf which was clean. The top shelf was dirty with cooking grease that accumulates over time in a kitchen from cooking. It also had lots of Cock Roach turds. It had not been cleaned in a long time. I looked on top of the cabinets and it was very dusty and dirty with lots of Cock Roach turds and Cock Roach bait had been placed there. One would think that when putting the bait up there they would see how dirty it was and clean it. Each day we saw at least one Cock Roach on the floor in the morning, the smallest was about 1/2 inch and the largest about an inch and a quarter. I also found Cock Roach turds in the corner on the back splash of the kitchen counter. That indicated that the condo simply had a quick wipe down and not a good cleaning. Otherwise all appliances worked well. The instructions to operating the TV were inadequate, but we were eventually able to figure out how to use the TV. Other than the discrepancies above the condo was very nice. Maybe, I am being a little harsh as Cock Roaches are a given in Hawaii, but we previously rented another condo in the same location that did not have a Cock Roach problem. We chose this condo because the previous one was no longer available. If the above issues are remedied I would give it a five star rating.
I almost forgot to add that the swimming pools there are wonderful. There are three of them. They are possibly the nicest pools I have ever been to. They use a salt water cleaning system so there is no strong chlorine odor.
