About Sarah and Deborah

Our family currently resides in Coeur d'Alene, ID, but we frequently stay in Wallace during the ski season and for various events in the summer.

Most of the family members involved in this property grew up in Coeur d'Alene, ID and have no intentions of leaving this beautiful region.

Sarah and Deborah purchased this house in 2012

Why Sarah and Deborah chose Idaho

We bought this house as a family to provide others the experience of a historic city (Wallace) and be close to other outdoor activities such as skiing at either Lookout Pass or Silver Mountain, snowmobiling, or relaxing and enjoying the mountain views surrounding the city of Wallace.

Many of the family members grew up in other nearby cities in the Silver Valley and skied primarily at Lookout Pass.

We hope you enjoy this area as much as we do.

What makes this house unique

We loved the original hardwood flooring, trim and windows of this home -- which was built in 1916.

The large front porch was also a nice feature to use in the summer time to relax and enjoy the surrounding views.

Cozy and nostalgic

  • 5 of 5

The place was very conveniently located within walking distance of everything in Wallace. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there was ample room for all of us to move about the house and not feel like we were tripping over each other.

We really enjoyed this charming house!

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming house. It was such a pleasant house and very comfortable. The only suggestion we have is for more pans and dishes in the kitchen-- specifically larger skillets, some cookie sheets, oven dishes, and mixing bowls, for those who like to cook. Otherwise all was clean, comfy and cozy
