LOCATION!!! Our condo is almost smack in the middle of the ski resorts. 3 miles from Keystone! 8 miles from Abasin! 11 miles to Breckenridge! 15 miles to Copper! We have a free shuttle that takes you back and forth to all, twice an hour, 365 days a year. NO NEED FOR A RENTAL CAR! The shuttle also takes you to Silverthorn and Frisco, which are great towns to eat and shop. The shuttle pick up is a minute walk from our front door. The condo is a 2 story, 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATHROOM. SLEEPS 7. Master BR has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a twin size bunk bed with a trundle. The living room sleeper sofa is a queen size. 1 full size bathroom on the second floor, one half size bathroom on the first floor. Hard wood floors for the living room/kitchen, carpet in the bedrooms. This condo is completely remodeled with all new furniture and appliances. My husband and I really enjoy the wood burning stove. There is a balcony on the second floor outside of the master bedroom. Fully operational kitchen. There is a coin operated laundry room within the complex. Cable, DVD player, MP3 player.

About Owner/Property Manager
My husband and I live in New Orleans (WHO DAT!). We travel up to Summit County at least twice a year every year to ski. We love it so much that we decided to purchase this condo. We bought it in April 2013 and have just finished furnishing it. This summer was the first summer we have experienced in Summit County. Needless to say, we were thrilled. The weather is unbeatable. The town caters for active people. Beautiful biking and jogging trails everywhere. One morning my husband woke up early, walked down to the river, and caught breakfast for us. Winters here are incredible and the summers are fabulous. If you are a beer lover...micro brews are everywhere :-D If you are a ski lover...fugeddaboudit. It is pretty epic. Why Owner/Property Manager chose Dillon
Location and transportation! My husband and I hold the Epic Local ski pass which means we have unlimited access to Breckenridge, Keystone, and ABasin. Our condo is minutes away from all 3 resorts. In addition, when we visit, we never rent a car. We use the CME shuttle to travel from Denver airport to the condo which is very reasonably priced. Then while in town, we use the free bus (Summit Stage) to get around. It is unbelievably convenient.
What makes this Condo unique
In close walking distance we have our local coffee shop, liquor store, pizza joint, and the Cala Inn Celtic restaurant/bar.

This condo was centrally located to breck and copper! The property owner was awesome to work! Property was quite large and in good condition. Overall a great experience!

Overall a nice condo. Great location. Easy walk to door. No climbing. A few minor maintenance issue.
Very nice condo. Clean. Living room needs more lighting. There are no lamps in bedrooms. Small side table lamps would be great in bedrooms. Had to change a couple of light bulbs.

Certainly loved the easy access with parking feet from the front door. Courtney was quick to respond prior to arriving and upon arrival as well.
The condo was clean and well maintained. Comfortable master bed.
Though we had an issue with the TV being unable to turn on, I am confident Courtney has had that resolved.
Would stay again and definitely recommend.
great location to access the different mountains
If you’re looking for location and the option to ski Keystone, Breck, Copper and A-basin then this is it! Fantastic location, easy to find and to get to and from. Plus it is close to surrounding grocery and retail stores for goods.
The oweners were always extremely responsive and never left anything to guess about property needs.
Only drawback is that the bunk beds in the seond bedroom could use a pad or a mattress. The pull out under the bottom bunk is more like a crate with a sheet over it.
Also the condo does have a place to store skis and snowboards which is nice since those can clutter up living rooms.
Overall a great option!
What I do is take the bottom mattress off of the frame and place it direct on the floor. Much more comfortable. I'm sorry for not informing you earlier. Thank you for the great review! :-) We love it as well.
Great place for skiers!
It was a great place to stay to go skiing at Keystone. Very comfortable! Just wished it had another tv and wash machine to do laundry.

Nice Condo Close to Shuttle
My wife and I spent a few days around Xmas time at this Condo in Dillon. The Condo is 2 story, sleeps 7, so it was plenty of room for us. Very comfortable Condo. Shuttle stop is about 3-4 minute walk, which could take you to Keystone, Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Frisco, etc... You will need to transfer to another shuttle to get to a few of those other cities, but it's easy. Suggest downloading the Summit Stage app which shows you where the shuttles are in realtime. There arrival times are very accurate. Uber was scarce as it was Xmas time and due to the weather. But we still took Uber quite a bit. There were a few nights that a snow storm came through and the roads were closed so we stayed in. Condo was perfect for that scenario. Courtney was a great host and always made sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend and will come again.

Rates are subject to change. Contact the owner for an accurate quotation. The refundable deposit of $200 is due at the time of the initial booking. Receiving the deposit will assure the reservation dates are held. Payment of the full rental rate is due no later than 14 days prior to the Check-in Date.
