This is a charming 1 bedroom/1 bathroom original 1940's bungalow ideally situated within walking distance to Downtown Atascasdero. Beautifully landscaped with typical historical Colony of Atascadero fruit trees and other local native shrubs. Lovely patio for dining or sipping wine or local Firestone IPA's or other local craft beers like Molly's Brewery in Atascadero. The bungalow is located on a quiet cul-de-sac approx. 0.5 miles walking distance to downtown.

Nicely landscaped front and backyard for drinking coffee or in the morning or sipping wine or having a cold beer in the afternoon. 10 min drive to San Luis Obispo/Paso Robles and Morrow Bay. Avila Mineral Hot Springs approximately 20 minute drive from bungalow.

Easy access to Hwy 101 for North/South travel and Hwy 41 west to coast 15 min by car to Morro Bay. Great biking and hiking trails within minutes of this private bungalow on a quiet cul-de-sac.
Such a great little bungalow! Very clean and affordable, with satalite tv and wifi. A nice perk! Owners are there to help if need be, but truly stay out of your way. A wonderful hub to springboard to the wine corridor on Hwy 46 or to just sample the local flavor of Paso Robles and downtown Atascadero. The coastal towns are a breeze to hit down the 41 as well. Overall, a very well appointed, charming, light and bright place to stay off the 101 in central California, where you and your pup will feel right at home.
My husband and I stayed at the bungalow for a long anniversary weekend trip. The location is so quiet, we slept great. It is close to a small shopping center and its location makes it easy to site see and visit downtown Paso Robles. We had great dinners at Fish Guacho and Thomas Hill organics.
Communication with Gayle was easy and prompt. The bungalow is just as pictured, clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend booking this unit.
There was nothing I needed- this rarely happens in a rental but this little bungalow had everything needed for a long weekend stay. Really wish I could move the whole thing to San Diego!
Close proximity to wine country and coast = check. A/C in the summer = check. Ceiling fans = check. Walking distance to coffee and grocery store = check. WiFi= check. Close to freeway but quiet neighborhood = check. Dog friendly = check.
The only thing I could not find was the trash cans and recycling bins, so I was able to leave that as is. 10-15 minutes to Paso Robles, 5 minutes to the best fish place in the area, Pier 46 (by the Trader Joes) and you have all you need to enjoy a long weekend. Enjoy!
We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Everything was clean and comfortable and instructions were easy. We appreciate the hospitality.
What a great place to land and explore all that San Luis Obispo county has to offer! Cozy, very clean and updated, this bungalow was so convenient to the freeway, walking distance from downtown Atascadero, and around the corner from Von's and Starbuck's! Perfect! Owner's niece who lives on the back of the property was fabulous. Very helpful and gracious.
Numerous wineries in the Atascadero and Central Coast area. Firestone Brewery 10 minutes away. Molly's Brewery makes craft beers on-site in Atascadero 0.5 miles from Bunglaow.
