Be assured that your family will want to return year after year to stay in this comfortable family friendly beach vacation home. This two-story twin home and provides 2000 square feet of living area and sleeps 8-10 people comfortably. Since we care for the aesthetics of our property and neighborhood and the comfort of our guests, we limit our home to groups of 10 and preferably less. Our retreat is clean, nicely furnished and beautifully decorated. The homes are fully equipped with amenities including four televisions, dvd players, outdoor grill, ample parking, one-car garage for storage, 3 three season room, patio, central air conditioning, community pool, tennis courts and beautifully landscaped grounds. Simonton has tiled floors downstairs and all bedrooms have brand new plush frieze carpet. Our tropical paradises are the perfect get-away. There is parking for two - three cars in front of the house and additional parking at the end of each street.
Bed set up for Simonton:
Two master suites, one on the first floor with a queen bed, full bath and walk in closet, with a unique bed canopy draping above the bed. The second master is our palm tree suite with a king bed, full bath and a walk-in closet. A third bedroom is our capiz shell room and is furnished with a queen-size bed and large walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two sets of bunk beds. The upstairs loft is a seashell theme and is a semi-private space, furnished with a queen bed and a twin bed. Same bathroom set up as truman. This home features a 3 season room off of the family room instead of a screened porch and a balcony off the upstairs master bedroom.
Our home has a downstairs family room with multiple seating options. The kitchen, which is open to the family room to promote easy socialization and functionality. The kitchen is loaded with everything necessary to cook and prepare meals and for daily living.
If you have your own labtop, both homes also have wi-fi so you can search the internet to see all the great activities in the area.
ALLURING: The Keys of Marsh Harbor is a community of single and twin homes that brings a sense of the florida keys to the rehoboth beach area. This innovatively designed beach community features a community pool, perfect for a quick dip or all day relaxation, tennis court and beautifully landscaped grounds with ornamental grass, flowering trees and a pond at the entrance. It is quiet and peaceful. This community is very convenient to almost all of the local attractions. We are conveniently located off route 1 in rehoboth behind jungle jim's water park, a wonderful attraction. The closest outlets start within 1/4 mile and we are just 1 short mile to the beach/boardwalk. Dewey is 2 miles away. Conveniently, there is a park n ride across the street from our neighborhood which you can walk to or load your car and drive across the street for a car group rate. You no longer have have to worry about parking as this dart shuttle can take you to the beach, movies, outlets or many other locations. Shuttles depart routinely, every 5 minutes to most locations and run from early morning til late evening for dollars per day. These shuttles are meant for beach goer's and you are permitted to bring beach chairs, umbrella's and coolers with you. With this option, your group can split up and travel when and where they please. Summer weeks rent out Saturday to Saturday. Off season renters can check in on variable days of the week.
ATTENTIVE: New for your convenience! The book it now payment feature lets your put in your desired dates, calculates your payments to allow you to book online and pay with a credit card or echeck. You will receive a confirmation from me to confirm if these dates are available and the contract. You may also choose to email your preferred dates. I will email you the contract with the necessary information. Mail it back to us with 50% down and you will be reserved! **** due to the popularity of our homes we only hold your requested week for 7 days. If the contract is not received back to us in 7 days, the week is opened for other renters. Your vacation week is not confirmed until this contract and deposit is in our hands and you receive an email stating your week is now reserved. Final payment is due 30 days before your stay. Lastly, we will email a letter one week before your stay with check in information.
Due to the popularity of our rental properties, I would appreciate email communication atleast at first. Please fill out the email owner section, found on the right side of this website under the availablity calender and call owner sections. This allows me to know which of my properties you are inquiring about, provides me your email to write back and also provide the contract if you decide you interested, gives me an opportunity to assure availability for your desired dates and answer your questions promptly since I am on email multiple times a day.

Sorry but pets are not allowed for renters in this community. In order to keep our homes in the best condition possible for renters like you, we ask for groups to be no larger than 8-10 people. We only rent to people who will care for our property and not be a nuisance to the neighborhood so we appreciate your understanding in advance.
