Our home is as unique as Nashville. It’s an L.A.-style contemporary home in the heart of the city. Located in an industrial part of town but with stunning views of downtown from our floor-to-ceiling windows—all 27 of them—our home is pure serenity and romance.

This 3,600-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom home boasts warm tones, bamboo flooring, an open floor plan and dimmable recessed lightning throughout. Frameless walk-in showers reflect a spa-like experience, grounded with river rock to soothe your achy feet after a night on the town or a walk through the city. The Master bedroom is equipped with an oversized whirlpool tub, stunning views of the city and one-of-a-kind bedding. From top-dollar mattresses to super-chic linens, our beds are the perfect place to end your fun-filled evenings.

Our living space is perfect for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. At the end of a long day, you can cozy up on the Italian leather couch, light the ECOSmart (smokeless and odorless) fireplace and enjoy the twinkle of the Nashville Skyline.

Our home has countless assets, but the two main ones are SPACE (we have lots of it) and LOCATION. We are only two miles from LP Field, home of the Tennessee Titans, and downtown Nashville. The famous Broadway, home to more live music and honky-tonks than anywhere else in the world, is a mere $12-cab-ride away. Our house is 10 miles from the Nashville International Airport (BNA) as well as the world-famous Opryland Hotel and its shopping-Mecca neighbor, Opry Mills mall. Mid-town and Vanderbilt University are even closer. We are conveniently located next to three major Interstates, and there is a public bus stop about 150 yards from the house.

Our home has been the backdrop for numerous music videos, modeling photo shoots and commercials. This home is one-of-a-kind in Nashville, TN – look no further!

About Michal

From the moment we walked through the door in 2011, we knew this house was going to be the home where we would start our family, raise our children and retire. Even though we did not build this house, this was our dream home. From the finishes to the open spaces, it was built with us in mind. This year, November 2013, my wife and I both received opportunities to further grow our careers out West in Salt Lake City, Utah. Selling the house would never be an option; instead, we wanted to share this spectacular space with guests across the country. I am an Insurance Broker and run the West Coast National Trucking Team. My wife is in Healthcare, she works alongside major healthcare systems to bring healthcare to communities in need across the world. We are busy, active, charismatic and have been known to be GREAT HOSTS!

Why Michal chose Nashville

We searched for months for the perfect house, our dream home and so happened to stumble upon this property. We knew a downtown skyline view was priority #1. With Nashville being mostly flat, it was tough to locate this type of property, as only two or three locations have a great downtown view. Katie Hill is transitional and in the midst of a growth spurt that we wanted to be a part of. This neighborhood provides a more quiet and secluded feel, while you're still in the midst of the urban heart of Nashville. Within miles, you're at over 150 restaurants and shops. Within moments you're at sports stadiums, concert venues, honky tonks, bars and museums.

What makes this house unique

Waking up here in our home is not a chore, its a sight to see. I cant wait to peek my head out of the covers to see what the weather and the city has in store for that day. Sitting in this house, any given day of the week, you can have an in-home, private firework display. These are moments that never get old. As we are hopeless romantics, we always enjoy the moments when this world comes to a stop as we see the sky light up with fireworks, or the Jets fly across the house from the Titans Stadium, or the twinkle of the city as the Nashvillians make their way home in the evenings.

Our home is the perfect space and backdrop for hosting family, friends, rehearsal dinners, cocktail hours, parties and the holidays. Within seconds, guest gaze their eyes upon the view and this my friends, never gets old. This home is also only 1 of 4 modern, chic homes, with views of the Cumberland River.

we are located near one of the most popular cycling routes in Tennessee. Cowan and Baptist World Center are locally known for their cycling-friendly paths. The local greenways system merges at Titans Stadium where you'll be able to take you pick at which greenway to walk or bike. As the home is a stones-throw into downtown, you'll be amazed at the convenience to get in and out of the city with little-known backroads like Cowan and 1st.
