About Kris or Dave Biser
My wife and I have been traveling to the warm climates for many years with family and friends. As We approach our older years we decided to retire in Costa Rica. We have a few years left to fight the battles of work but we want to rent our lovely home out for others to enjoy. We enjoy the beautiful climate and wonderful people. Beats freezing in Minnesota!!
Kris or Dave Biser purchased this House in 2012
Why Kris or Dave Biser chose Hatillo
My wife wanted ocean views and I wanted jungle views, so we decided here in Dominical where the mountains meet the ocean. At 1325ft. warm breezes makes this a very comfortable and quiet area. She also is working on her gardens and fruit trees. I have my jungle animals.
What makes this House unique
Our casa fits nicely on our 2 acre lot on one level. When you walk into our casa you open up to the outdoors with the 16ft. bifolds to pool deck and stunning views. Overhang protects you when the rain starts.

Awesome 14 days of vacation
Our group of 6 people can't express in words the amazing time we had. We relaxed, played, ate and enjoyed as much as possible in 14 days. Thank you Dave and Kris for letting us stay in your property.
You are welcome. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay.

Thank you both for sharing your home with us. The views are spectacular and the house has EVERYTHING you need, truly home away from home (but better)! While we enjoyed visiting Dominical, Uvita and Quepos and ate at the restaurants you recommended (Jolly Roger is a must as well as the "Happy Lobster") we also enjoyed lounging at the pool and enjoying a full day at the Casa without leaving! This was a first for us to visit Costa Rica, which I have come to call "Gods Country", and look forward to a future return. Yes, you need a 4x4, and it is a bit intimidating the first drive up (especially at night), but by day 2 it became part of the adventure. If you are having ANY doubts about Costa Rica or where to stay, search no more, YOU FOUND IT!
Thank You Marcia, We think it's Gods Country too. :-). I'm glad you enjoyed your stay, and look forward to you returning again.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!
Great mountain top location with breath taking sunsets from the infinity pool! Spent 4 nights here with my son, daughter in law and 6 year old granddaughter. Such a beautiful home! The small town of Dominical was very close and we enjoyed the food and drinks especially the El Pescado Loco (coconut lime ceviche to die for) and Frego Brewery! This is a must book home!
Thank You Sandra. I'm really glad you enjoyed your stay. I love the little town of Dominical. Everyone is so nice. If you come back to Costa, please keep us in mind.
Stunning home with a beautiful view
This was our first visit to Costa Rica and we couldn’t have picked a nicer place to have stayed. The house was not lacking any thing. Everything was clean and intact . Looking out from the infinity pool is the something that you will never forget.
The view of the ocean is great and seeing toucan’s in the trees was amazing. The property attendant was helpful at suggesting things to do and answering all of our questions. We ate at some of the restaurants that were suggested and loved the food.
We drove up to San Isidro (east of Dominical) it was a very winding road going up and down but beautiful. There are many neat places to stop and some cool bars along the way. On that same road is a full size airplane with a bar/restaurant inside, it was great and a fun place to eat. The last night we were there we went to the La Parcela restaurant which was probably our favorite, they had monkeys that would climb all over the building and trees and gave you the ability to see them up close. The tuna tartare was amazing.
Matapalo beach was by far the nicest beach, fewer people and all sand. If you’re lucky you can see monkeys and sloth here as well.
We will definitely be sharing our adventures with our family and friends. And recommend them to stay at this home for one of their next vacations.
Ronda I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Please keep us in mind for your next adventure!

Absolute Paradise!!!!! Complete Heaven..just WOW!!
We stayed at Casa Del Vista for a heavenly 10 days with our best friends! Everything was amazing!! We arrived late Friday evening due to our plane being delayed. Alfredo was awesome and waited for us to arrive to be sure we were settled in. Woke up the next morning and could not believe the views!! Just absolutely stunning! I had so many favorites, I loved sitting in the chair hammock in the early morning to watch the sun come up with coffee in hand. We would lounge in the pool every morning as well until about 11 until we would adventure out for the day and come back to the awesome pool again! Night swimming was another favorite under the stars!! I loved the new outdoor shower, that was an awesome addition! It is so refreshing to be able to shower outside with nature. Speaking of nature! We saw so many amazing creatures, Toucans everywhere, poisonous dart frogs (those are beautiful), large grasshoppers, hummingbirds, Blue Morpho Butterflies (my favorite!). We went to the restaurant that was suggested by Dave and Kris to see the Monkeys, that was a really cool experience! There are so many thing to do and see 10 days was not long enough! The house is located in a such a great location, close to everything, grocery store, bars, restaurants or you could just stay and enjoy the pool and the amazing views!! Did I mention this house has some amazing views!! I never wanted to leave, but unfortunately back to work.. until next time Casa Del Vista!!!!
Brenda I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. We love going down to that restaurant and seeing the Monkeys too.
