Welcome to Coral Bay Village, your beachfront paradise. Located right on a secluded beautiful white sand beach, close enough to Georgetown and the airport for your convenience, but far enough to enjoy the quiet and beauty without the crowds and rowdiness of seven mile beach. For less than the price of a reasonable hotel room you can enjoy a two bedroom condo with a full kitchen and plenty of space, beautiful grounds and a stunning white sand beach that will feel like its all your own.

Relax on a lounge chair under a palm tree and listen to the gentle waves lapping on the virtually private beach. When looking for activity, grab your tennis racket and play a few games on our newly resurfaced tennis court, or take a dip in our pool. Adventure awaits right off our beach. Bring your snorkeling gear--snorkel right off our beach and see many different types of fish and coral, and sea turtles! Our reef protected area is a popular feeding ground for sea turtles, and while many are timid and stay away from snorkelers, some are curious and let you swim above or along beside them.

Cayman is famous for scuba diving, and our central location is perfect for heading out in a different direction each day to explore new dive sites. If you are not a certified diver, but have always wanted to dive let me know and i can recommend a training center for certification, or a place where you can take an introductory course and do a same day 'resort dive'. If you enjoy fishing, there is a pier just down the beach so bring your gear.

Coral bay village is a complex of 30 units, spread out over 4 buildings. We are on the second floor of a 2 story building, with direct beachfront views. We have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home, with one bedroom on the main floor and one loft bedroom. The 1300 square foot condo has vaulted ceilings in the living room area and glass doors out to the patio. Amenities such as groceries, liquor store, bank, etc are about 1.5 miles away, and you have a reserved parking space right outside the unit.

We have a property manager to assist with check in/check out and any problems that may occur during your stay to ensure a stress free holiday. In addition to bath towels, we have plenty of beach towels for your use, so no need to waste suitcase space on packing your own .Our condominium has been inspected by the department of tourism and is a non-smoking unit for your health.

Recent upgrades include fresh paint, some new furniture, new dishes, glassware and flatware, many new towels and high thread count linens.

More Recent upgrades include : New easy slide patio doors, New complete AC system including new air handling system and new ducts. New Gas Grill, Privacy curtains added to the loft. Pack n Play Playard provided

**New Nov 2016: rollaway cot in the loft has been replaced with Bunk beds with very nice mattresses.

We are Canadians, we live in Ottawa, Ontario. We love to spend as much time as possible in the Caribbean! We have bounced around the Caribbean a bit, and had properties in the Bahamas and Dominican Republic, and each had their drawbacks. We have settled in Cayman for the combination of reliable weather, year round warm water, low crime, safety, and the abundance of diving and snorkeling sites.

We chose our condo in Coral Bay Village for several reasons: We were looking for direct beachfront, but prefer quiet areas. We wanted to be able to grab our masks and jump in the water without having to drive anywhere. We like that the restaurants and services of Georgetown are close enough to be convenient. yet far enough away to truly enjoy the quiet sounds of the ocean. We enjoy tennis, and the pool is great for the kids.

THE BEST VACATION EVER

We literally just left the condo an hour ago... sitting here at the airport waiting for our flight and I couldn't wait to leave a great review!! The condo was spotlessly clean, had everything we could have needed and more! Jennifer was there right on time to meet us and get us settled;) The patio is literally BEACH FRONT and we enjoyed every evening out there grilling! We especially loved the AWESOME snorkeling right off the beach that's 20 ft from the door! We even saw a few turtles in the evenings... so cool! My kids (8 yr old twins & 5 year old) also really enjoyed the loft area up the spiral stairs, just as much as my husband and I enjoyed them having their own space😜 Thanks so much to Tom for sharing this wonderful condo with us! It was truly everything it said it was and MORE!

Perfect vacation destination

This was amazing! It exceeded our expectations in every way. We had the beach all to ourselves most days. The accommodations were also very nice. My wife and our two young children loved it. If we ever make it back to Grand Cayman, we will definitely try to book this condo again.

Excellent Value!

This is the perfect place for a small family. It is away from all of the cruise ship tourists but close enough to everything you'll want to see. The amenities were great. We cooked breakfast and lunch there everyday. The beach and snorkeling were very good at the property. The staff did a great job with any questions we had. Definitely a great way to hang in Grand Cayman without breaking the bank.

Easy to get to, gorgeous views/water, great tennis court, perfect condo, and would stay again!

A public beach that feels private. Gorgeous waters with amazing snorkeling. Sea turtles every morning! The condo has everything you need and is the perfect size. We had awesome neighbors and ended up having a last night together BBQ with everyone! I will come back here in the future!

Fantastic stay!

After a flight delay of 8 hours, we arrived past dark exhausted and got a bit turned around on one of the many round abouts on the island. The property manager, Jennifer retrieved us and led us to the condo which went above and beyond our expectations. We cannot say enough about this beach and location on the island. We literally didn't see more than a few people on our beach for the first week and that fell over a holiday weekend. Our daughters snorkeled each day with a half dozen turtles and began to name them. There were several turtle crawls on the beach in the morning where the mothers came up to lay their eggs and the chickens that live nearby brought their cute chicks over to visit daily if we offered them treats. We followed many of Tom's recommendations and packed a lot into our 10 days. Ambassador Divers for Stingray City with the added 2 snorkel stops was fantastic. The turtle farm was a quick nice stop-glad we didn't do the extended tour as we swam w/them daily on our own. Rum Pointe was a nice drive but mainly just a party cove for people. While there, popped up the extra 5 minutes to Kaibo and hit Starfish Pointe which was nice. Snuba was cool but definitely wouldn't need to do it again. Make sure to print off the cruise ship schedule and try to time visits to Seven Mile around those. Can't wait to return and thanks again to Jennifer and Tom!

Peace & Relaxation -- Worth Every Penny!!!!

We stayed for 8 nights and could have stayed much longer! Back home now missing that "Island Life"!! Loved the location and the condo had all we needed! So close to everything and with the private beach footsteps away it was just amazing! If we don't buy our own condo before our next trip we'll for sure book here again! If you are looking for good local food we highly recommend Country Western which is less than 10 minutes from this condo! Delicious and reasonable (not fancy)!
