This beautiful and convenient Fort Myers Beach condo, part of White Cap Beach Condo, was built in 2008 and has a stunning gulf view. The condo boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for your relaxation and privacy. You’ll be comfortable in the master bedroom (queen bed, shower) or guest bedroom (1 Twin, 1 XLTwin, and tub/shower in bath). This end unit with South facing windows provides ample light throughout the day. A serene back lanai with seating and a lush tropical palm view awaits you outside the master bedroom. The large front balcony is the perfect location to view the picturesque Gulf of Mexico sunsets.

Directly across the street is Newton Beach Park, which includes restrooms/showers, , covered chickee hut, and picnic tables. This condo is located mid-island in the quieter residential area, away from high-rise buildings. It offers the opportunity to walk in either direction on the 7-mile long beach right out front. When you choose to relax on the beach, we provide beach chairs and towels for your use. Every 30-45 minutes during the day a trolley stops outside of the condo and can take you around the island for only 50 cents. No need to get in the car, the Publix grocery store is conveniently located only 2 driveways away. Behind the condo on the back bay, you will find Snook Bight marina for fishing charters and Bayfront Bistro for fine waterfront dining.

We have stayed at this property more than once and can't imagine a better location on Fort Myers Beach. Only steps away from the ocean, restaurants, and grocery. Highly recommend A+++++

Perfect Vacation Getaway!!!

I have stayed at the White Cap Condo 5 years in a row now. This is my first time staying in this unit. Out of all of the ones I have stayed in I really like this one the best. All of the units at this complex are great but there are a few extra perks to this one. Being that it is on the end you get the natural light and a better view. The beds where very comfortable. Very nice kitchen and living room. This condo is Very Clean!!! And the location is the best part about the White Cap. Right next door to the grocery store and right across the street from the beach. My personal favorite about this complex is the Heated pool. Its nice after spending the day at the beach to come back and just relax and lay on a raft. Can not wait until next year!!!

I loved everything about this condo, including the owners, who were amazing to me. They helped accommodate my special arrival time and made me feel like a priority. The place was perfect, and it's location is prime. A two minute walk to a fabulous beach spot and a two minute walk to a grocery store, doesn't get much better than that. The place itself is great and I felt very much at home with everything you need for a week at the beach. I loved the location. I liked being a tad bit away from the hustle and bustle, and my teenagers enjoyed the adventure of a walk or trolley to get to it. We will definitely be back!

Luxury Accomodations Right at the Beach

Just returned from a wonderful 8 days at the White Cap condo in Fort Myers beach. The condo itself is very modern and very well furnished with a charming beach theme throughout. It was perfect for our family of 4, and I'm so happy I elected this rental vs. some of the possible resorts on the island. It features a great new kitchen, multiple satelite TVs, 2 very comfortable bedrooms, great wi fi and more.

The location is right across the street from a very nice part of the beach. We would pack up the kids (3&5) and head down each morning to grab a nice spot and a palapa - 30 seconds and you're on the soft white sand. The first few days we saw dolphins swimming out in the water and jumping around. In the afternoon, we took full advantage of the pool for a few hours and our 5 year old learned to swim! There is a Publix two driveways down from the condo that has an excellent hot food counter & all your grocery needs. Back in behind the Publix, there is the Bayfront Bistro where you can get a great cup of Lobster bisque and enjoy the marina view. If you want to head into the downtown area for some nightlife, catch a trolley and you are there in 5 mins.

The owners were very helpful and accomodating from our initial inquiry until the checkout. We would strongly recommend the property and are missing it already.

Excellent all around

Had a fantastic experience with this rental. Have stayed in others nearby. This was the best by far in terms of amenities and location. Such a quick walk to the beach. We rented a car but ended up not using in much since everything was so close -- beach, pool, grocery, and restaurants. A++++

Perfect . . .

Our family of four stayed for 10 days and had an excellent time. The condo was in a perfect location, in great condition, and well equipped (including beach supplies). The proximity to Publix was excellent and meant that we didn't need to over think our food requirements. While not directly on the beach (but a nice view of the Gulf from the front), all one needs to do to access it is cross the street. I particularly liked that this was not right in the heart of the island tourist area (Time Square), but close enough that one could get there easily. There are many great restaurants near by and the Marina right next door rents kayaks for exploring the bay. Lovers Key State Park is just a short drive away. It's the perfect place in a perfect location.
