Why Donna Levitz chose Tigertail Beach
This house is the happiest place on earth. It is gorgeous inside and out. It is full of fun. The view is magnificent, and a beautiful short walk or bike ride to the beach. The house is one of a kind. Art deco on the outside, and fun yet practical decor on the inside.
What makes this House unique
The house is on the bay, with a heated pool and spa and a brand new boat slip with lift. Amazing location, walking distance to Tigertail Beach. Great house, pool, spa, kitchen, and patio. No need ever to leave the house.

Everything seems to be thought of !
As well as the wow factor, all the little things that make a stay comfortable are thought of & provided. Everything works & everything is clean & well managed.
Would certainly recommend this property to anyone interested.
Definitely a step up on the last place we rented in Cape Coral a couple of years ago &
I think it's fair to say this is one of the very few places my wife would be happy to return to.
Quiet, Peaceful & Relaxing for a Family of 5!
10 years ago we started vacationing in Marco Island! Needless to say we "fell in love". Our vacations always bring us in off-season (May-July). Over the years we always have rented condos. This year, however, we came across this beautiful VRBO listing and booked immediately!
This home was SPECTACULAR! The children, oh wait, and the parents, spent more time in the pool/deck/lanai than in the house! It was delightful! Every morning we relaxed as we had breakfast and enjoyed the view, often times seeing dolphins! The children took a few casts off the dock and caught some pretty neat looking fish! We never ran out of things to do!
The home itself is gorgeous and beautifully stocked! Let's just say the kitchen had everything we needed! We loved the home so much that we only went out to dinner one night to celebrate our anniversary! We stopped at a few local fish markets to buy fresh fish and grilled them outside! Delicious!
We also appreciated the abundance of nice towels. When we travel it drives us crazy to have small tiny towels that barely cover your body. Not in this home--nice towels. (I know it sounds crazy, but that definitely makes it feel more like home!)
For my husband's birthday we did the sunset cruise on the Marco Princess and you can view the home from the water! BEAUTIFUL! The sunset cruise was very enjoyable.
This home is in a wonderful location close to Tigertail Beach (our favorite). If you park in the furthest lot close to South Seas Condos you have a shorter walk to the beach! Low Tide is the BEST! We saw thousands of sand dollars and hundreds of starfish! (Seriously!)
Our week flew by, we had wished we booked 2 weeks or even a month! Perfect! Donna and Lynn were wonderful to work with. Without hesitation, we would book this amazing home again! So delightful! Thank you for opening up your home and allowing us to create memories of a lifetime! Much Appreciated!
One of a kind
The pictures don't do this house justice. The house is absolutely beautiful. The entire upstairs is a master suite with a private balcony. The pool is awesome and my kids pretty much lived in it. The views are incredible and we saw dolphins and manatees every day. The nearby beaches are really nice too. Great vacation.
I loved this home!
Amazing home, great design for entertaining, wonderful layout, beautiful views, loved the pool (although the jacuzzi did not work), well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The outdoor entertainment area was just perfect for quiet relaxation every evening. We will DEFINITELY stay here again. The owner and manager were extremely nice and friendly and extremely helpful. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. This house is well located on the island. We had an amazing time!
Stunning Home !!!
We have been looking at photographs of this beautiful house for months and when we finally arrived it took our breath away. The exterior is cool and chic and so different from anything else on the island. The interior decor is stylish and homely and so far removed from the normal minimalist holiday rental. The house has so many extras which enhance the experience, including use of the owners lap top - unheard of !! The kitchen is wonderful and fully equipped. A master bedroom so unique with a stunning view across the bay. Everyone loved the pool and patio area - my breakfasts will never be the same again... Marco is a relaxed island and the house is in a lovely residential area with all amenities close by and wildlife in abundance.
We rented a boat, twice, from Rose Marina - who I recommend - to explore deserted beaches, gather shells and swim in the warm Gulf of Mexico.
Special thanks to Donna for letting us stay in her beautiful home and to Lynn, the house manager, for being so helpful when we had a small problem with the A/C.
Really sad to leave - but wonderful memories.
A truly stunning home.
Lovely property but outside areas due for some TLC
Initial impressions excellent but later spoiled by finding ripped sheet on the bed and badly stained pillows, these were quickly replaced with new items as soon as I complained. Outside covered area was spoiled by dirty furniture and a ripped roof canopy that let the rain pour in. Pool surrounds breaking up and got worse each time the gardener used his leaf blower when more pieces would blow off. Despite all this the location and the interior still make it an excellent rental and I'm sure the above points will be rectified.
We take great pride in our home and have a fabulous house manager who (as noted) addressed the renter's issues immediately. The minor damage to the canopy described in this review was caused by a powerful storm the week before the renter's date of stay. We have replaced the canopy and the house and pool area are in excellent condition.
