Parade Of Homes 2013 Upscale Mountain Contemporary Townhome!

Space 1,600 sq. ft.
Property type townhome
Minimum Stay 2 - 5 nights

About the property

Brand new 3 bedroom, 4 bath, 1 car attached garage and roof top deck.

This brand new project in Frisco was selected for the 2013 Parade of Homes. There are a total of 5 units in the development with 3 single family homes and one duplex/townhome. This will feel more residential given the area and size of the complex which is why I selected it. Recognized for its unique design quality and architectural features including roof top decks on all units. 3 Bedrooms and each have their own levels. This floor plan gives everyone lots of privacy. You enter the front door and a bedroom is on the main with a private bath. The upper level is the great room space designed to take advantage of the amazing views. Nice open floor plan with living room, F/P, dining area and kitchen all together with a flat screen tv. Also a half bath nearby so everyone has privacy in the bedrooms areas. The master is on this level with a private bath and luxurious walk in shower, double vanity and granite countertops. The lower level has a nice window with good lighting and 2 twin beds, a half bath and a TV. You will like pulling in to the heated 1 car garage and the quiet setting. Sleeps 6: / Queen / Queen / 2 Twins / WIFI / Gas Fireplace / 1 Car heated garage attached/ Washer & Dryer/private roof top deck The great room is open with living room, dining and kitchen combined for all to gather. Mt Royal views, hardwood floors, travertine, granite, in floor radiant heat and vaulted ceilings are just a few of the highlights. You are a 2 blocks to the hiking and biking trails and 4 blocks off Main St. Walk to everything once you are there.... Frisco is such a wonderful destination with its quaint small town feel. Hiking, biking, a marina for water activities in the summer and a summer and winter adventure park all within walking distance. Several ski resorts close by you can drive to. Copper is only 5 minutes away.

This is a second home for me and and while most units in the area have a very mountain lodge like feel I desired a fresh look that is a bit more of what I consider a mountain contemporary design. The furnishings are in keeping with the quality of all the high end finishes. It just did not seem right not keep the consistency of quality inside and out. With that in mind I hope you will appreciate the furnishings and treat them with the respect and take good care of my place so I can share it with you and others while enjoying it myself.

This unit is approx. 1600 sf on 3 levels. It is very spacious and comfortable with each area offering lots of privacy at a max of 6 people. Many more could fit it I had put bunks and sofa sleepers in the unit. That is not my market.

My desire is to share my space with those who will appreciate what I have created and enjoy it. I envision creating a relationship with those that come and hope to welcome them back year after year. Feel free to give me a call with any questions and let's see if this is the right place for you. I look forward to hearing from you and welcome your feedback.

About Suzanne Holland

I am a Realtor in Colorado and licensed since 1985. I grew up in from New Orleans, La. then moved to Dallas, Texas for my career. After 11 years in Dallas we moved to CO to raise our daughter in the great outdoors. After 18 years I still love it have decided to spend more time in the Frisco area as a way to embrace my empty nest. I love to travel, hike, bike, and entertain. Being from New Orleans I must mention good food is a must. Buying this second home is a big step and an exciting one. I must say I am a bit apprehensive about renting my new place. Lots of love and care has gone into creating this place and my hope is I will find others who will appreciate what I have created. Also that we all will enjoy ourselves and fill it with fun and laughter while caring for it as if it was your own.

Suzanne Holland purchased this townhome in 2013

Why Suzanne Holland chose Frisco

I love the area which is within a 2 hour drive for me so my hope is I will use it more due to proximity. Also the small town feel and amenities are a good fit for me. Big crowds in other resorts are not as desirable to me. I inherited some money with the loss of my parents and wanted to create a place in honor of them that I could enjoy as their gift to me. Mom would love the place!!! She was all about having friends over, entertaining, cooking and lots of laughter!! This is what this place is about. It is a HAPPY PLACE!!!

What makes this townhome unique

I fell for this place because it was different. I looked at a lot of options and this one felt unique with the character and quality I could see. I also had the ability to design the interior and personalize it since it was newly under construction when I found it.

Great Option

  • 5 of 5

This VRBO is a great option for anyone wanting to check out Summit County. It feels clean and new, with a kind of modern western motif. The pictures do a nice job depicting the property. For those that have not stayed in Frisco, it is a fun option to consider. The town is full of fun shops and dining options, and this property is a very short walk from mainstream. You can also easily access lots of resorts and backcountry options within minutes of Frisco. If your into cross country skiing, bring the skinny boards and check out the Frisco Nordic Center which is only 5 minutes away. The only word of caution is the amount of stairs in this place. Be ready for lots of up and down. Don't shy away for this reason - just be ready. The stairs may actually be one of the things we remember the most about staying here.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the nice review and I am glad you had a good time. The stairs.... Yes, there are 3 levels with a bedroom in each one which allows everyone to have privacy. We also felt we needed the exercise. 😀 Suzanne

Modern mountain getaway

  • 5 of 5

We spent 7 nights in this beautifully appointed townhouse in Frisco. 5 minute walk downtown to great options on Main Street. Views from the rooftop deck, kitchen, and living room are incredible. Check-in & out was so easy! This is a great place to use as a central location for any outdoor activity, then use as a luxurious hangout in the evening.

Though we didn't use them in July I look forward to the opportunity to enjoy the radiant heated floors in all rooms including garage in the winter sometime!

Great location

  • 5 of 5

We recently spent four nights at this location. The description of the condo is totally accurate. It is very clean and well appointed. The location is outstanding. It is a 5 minute walk to downtown and the same distance to the trail. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it.

Lovely home in Frisco

  • 5 of 5

My family and I rented this beautiful condo in Frisco for a week. We received all the information to get our keys the day before as promised and once we got to the place everything was as expected and as shown on the pictures. The place is very nice with a contemporary feel and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We were there with our two kids and all of us had a great time. We went skiing to Keystone and Breckenridge which is about a 15 min ride and also stroll down Main Street getting delicious croissants from the Butterhorn Bakery and Cafe. Definitely a place I would recommend and would go back to. Thank you

Copper Mountain Resort
Car: recommended

Frisco is a small quaint mountain town only minutes away from all of the ski resorts. The closest is Copper Mountain but Breckenridge, Vail and Beaver Creek are close by as well. The town of Frisco has wonderful hiking/biking trails which are 2 blocks from my home, great adventure park, restaurants and entertainment all within walking distance. The Frisco Marina is a real treat as well with wonderful views, boating and paved trails that go all the way around the lake. Lots to do all year round in this quaint mountain town without fighting the crowds of other big resorts.
