The house is charming and newly remodeled. A 1920’s hacienda style with hardwood floors, Jerusalem stone, Spanish tiles and refurbished. All the appliances and interiors are brand new.
The house is on a quiet street and is very cozy with a lovely fireplace, fig tree and Italian courtyard patio with barbeque and large outside table, chaise and chairs for entertaining.
There is a full kitchen with granite counter tops, stove and dining table, washer and dryer and a full bathroom.
The house and bedrooms are beautifully furnished. The house is complete with books, dvds and sport equipment. The house is complete with linens, towels and all kitchen kools.
This would be great for a couple, single or small family vacationing or transitioning to Santa Barbara.

I fell in love with the house on my first visit. The neighborhood is unbelievably safe, charming and quiet but the proximity to the beaches, town center and wine country sealed the deal.
When I bought the property I updated all electrical, plumbing and remodeled and modernized all interiors, appliances and fixtures. It is a lovely home with a period feeling and modernized comforts.
Everything was great. The house was well equipped. Close to downtown. Walked to Stearns Wharf though a long walk it was fun. Highly recommended
The house is perfect for a few people. The bedrooms are comfortable and relaxing. The property was very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and close enough to all you want to do while visiting. We were just a few miles away from SB City College, downtown State Street for shopping and dining. The zoo, beaches, hiking and wine tasting are nearby as well.
My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.
Our family stayed in this home for a family wedding in Santa Barbara. At first I thought it a little out of the way from the main drag, then as we went to the noisy main drag, and a variety of locations, we realized what a great location the home was in. Located on a quiet neighborhood street, yet close to groceries and good restaurants. Every place we needed/wanted to go was a 4 - 7 minute drive, or a nice walk. The house has a lot of old Santa Barbara ambience and charm, and was very clean and comfortable; and though the home seems small from the outside, it is actually very spacious inside; the three bedrooms are large enough and spread out a little for a nice sense of privacy. The master bedroom is located at the back of the house, has its own bathroom, and has wonderful natural light, lots of windows and french doors that open to the secluded back yard. The back yard was lovely, like a little private oasis, nice older landscaping; and has a grill and large outdoor dinning table with chairs. The owner could not have been nicer, and seems to genuinely care about her guests and the property being nice for them.
Great little house with private backyard and off street parking. Big outdoor table with umbrella. Two bathrooms a bonus in a small house. Plenty of dishes and cooking pans. Quick uber to downtown. House was very clean and living room furniture quite comfy. Friendly host who responded quickly to our inquiry and checked with us via email during our stay. We 'd stay again.
Clean, organized property with a very well stocked kitchen. As compared to many VRBO's and AirBnB's that are out there--this one had everything you needed to get by and then some!
Could not have been better. Great for family. Lots of space. Nice decor. Owen super helpful. Close to everything. I would stay here again for sure.
The house is central to everything in Santa Barbara. Conveniently close to many outdoor activities, water sports, golf, biking and walking distance to the center of town and the beach and also the wine tasting rooms of the Santa Barbara Urban Wine Trail or an easy drive to wine country, Solvang and local mountains.
