Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, spacious and comfortable condo. My wife and I both felt that the condo offered an excellent value considering all the condo amenities included and its central location in Summit County.
Management was both responsive and helpful. We would definately rent this condo again and would not hesitate in recommending it to others.
What a wonderful view the condo. Frisco was in walking distance from the condo. Took many walks around the neighborhood and to local restaurants in the town of Frisco. The condo was a perfect setup for a family of six. the location is only 9 miles from Breckenridge so we were able to take a quick trip to walk around the town. Dillon Lake is not too far either. Highly recommend staying at this Condo for any time of the year.
A friend referred me to this condo via VRBO and as a first time user, I was a little hesitant. Not anymore. I'm so glad we stayed here. The location was perfect distance to surrounding locales, but quietly away from all of the hustle and bustle. The price was point-on when comparing to comparable places. We didn't think twice about not staying at a big-name hotel--especially since my fiance is keen on "earning points!" The condo was nicely furnished and all very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed drinks on the deck and relaxed in the hot tub with the new friends we met there. I didn't find anything overwhelming with the appliances--all seemed standard. We'll be back!
This property is a in a great location, just a few blocks from downtown Frisco and a straight shot to Breckenridge. Short drives to Silverthorne and Lake Dillon. The condo is well decorated and feels homely. Two bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen made for a nice stay for our three families with the loft. The deck had great views and we took advantage of the grill. Onsite we used the volleyball courts, indoor pool, and hottub. We will definitely be back!
Our group has stayed all over Summit and Eagle counties in Summer and Winter. Frisco's proximity to everywhere we wanted to go was so central its amazing. This rental had many highlights. Especially the big screen TV on the rainy days. The unit is nicely decorated and has wildlife paintings that we thought were very nice. The kitchen has everything and we took advantage of the crock pot so meals were ready when we got home in the evenings. There are 3 huge outdoor hot tubs that are clean and obviously well cared for along with indoor swimming pool and steam room. Tennis was not on our list but this complex has that too and played the with the tennis rackets we found in a closet. Sitting on the back deck you almost constantly see humming birds but on two days in a row we had 3 moose walk right by the back of the condo. We also saw a red fox on a different day from the deck. What we discovered after staying in many other places was that Frisco had everything we needed but didn't have all the hustle and bustle of some of the other places we have stayed. We will be back to Frisco and this condo.
I've never stayed in a place that had no helpful information. Nothing on how to use the fireplace, the TV. There are lots of rules and threats were posted. When I called the property manager to ask questions, he gave no information, said he'd call back and never did. It was a very unwelcoming experience.
