About Vacasa, OR - Oregon Coast Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Great location, amazing view, beach wasn't crowded. We will definitely be back.
Private, lots of windows, sunken living with fireplace, great for a relaxing stay.
This house is charming. The ocean view is amazing. The kitchen was clean as well as the rest of the home.
However, the carpets were stained and the fireplace had made a few tiny spark holes near the hearth. A former visitor's pet had torn a spot in the carpet near the bedroom doorway.
The sunken living room was very nice but a bit chilly when no fire was going. I was disappointed to learn there was no firewood as the pictures showed a stack of firewood next to the house.
but in spite of all this, it was a relaxing time for my husband and I.
Cool spot in the trees with a great ocean view. Beds are a little small and dated, but the piano, sunken living space and view more than make up for it. Fireplace is great too. Our sometimes timid German Shepherd instantly felt at home so we knew it was a good place. Thanks!
Definitely a View!
We enjoyed our stay at the house. We always go the week after Christmas for a relaxing end to the year. The house does have a fantastic view if standing up or on the deck. It has a comfortable cabin feel to it and we enjoyed the fireplace every night we were there. The kitchen is fully stocked so if you're cooking there is no problem finding what you need. It's also convenient for our trips to Newport, Yachats and Depot Bay that we always make. The downside to us was the noise in the loft. If you go to bed before everybody else you might as well still be downstairs watching TV or conversing because you heard every word as if you were still downstairs. And when the early birds got up to make coffee and let the pooch out there was no sleeping in for you! And, we are loungers. Lounging in the pit was a big difficult with 4 adults. The cushions are just too old and thin. Overall, we had a relaxing visit to this house but we won't stay here again because of the noise factor.
Nice Place, Vintage Feel
Vintage but not ancient. Worn but not dirty.
Plenty of towels & kitchen utensils. Shower head gets a thumbs down.
Deck is great, amazing view. Beach is a small walk but not too far, under a half-mile.
Would've been nice to know that firewood was not provided as it is in the photos.
