The dream beach is in front of the pool, on which you have various bays to the left and an approx. 8 km long beach to the right. The new build villa ( 2007 ) is located in an 2.000 sqm garden. The villa contains about 3 levels with sea view ( kitchen and dining area, sofa area and fire place with sofa area), air condition, complete furnished kitchen with washing machine, laundry dryer, microwave, etc.. The dining room has a wooden table with 8 chairs. Moreover, the house has more than 4 double-bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet for guests.

Mosquitoes are very rarely found due to the proximity to the Atlantic. Suitable for persons prone to allergies. Approx. 98.5% of the holiday homes (owners) are 'owned' by people from Spain. In August (holiday season) most of the approx. 1400 holiday homes are occupied. From September, the number of vacationers decreases continuously. Starting from Easter, the number of vacationers again increases gradually. Therefore, rather than the 'typical tourist holiday', you should expect a quiet and typically Spanish calmness, especially within the private urbanisation. A Shopping Center in Novo Sancti Petri with various shops, bars, restaurants, etc. can be reached in approx. 5 minutes, the large Shopping Center in San Fernando ('Bahia Sur') with many small shops, Carrefour, restaurants among others including Fast Food, cinemas, garden centers, etc. can be reached in approx. 15 minutes and various other shopping centers like (Corte Inglès) store can be reached in approx. 25 minutes by car.

Atlantikluft, barfuß am Strand wandern, Golf jederzeit, ein Winterdomizil, das

in jeder Beziehung perfekt war, und das für 5 Monate!

In diesem hochwertigen und traumhaft gelegenen Haus kann man einfach nur schöne Tage verbringen...

Man verliert sogar die Lust, das Haus zu verlassen, da man nirgends schöner sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann.

Einfach nur TOP und absolut empfehlenswert.

wunderbare Villa in traumhafter Lage

wir durften diesen Winter in der Villa Buenas Vistas verbringen( bis 30.3.2012) .

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen- die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll -die Ausstattung ist selbst für einen langen Aufenthalt perfekt.

Traumhafte Lage - mit Meerblick in erster Reihe -mit einem wunderschönen Strand vor der Tür.

Der Patio ist genial bei Ostwind - man geniesst den Sonnenuntergang in der Windabdeckung.

Die Betreuung durch Claudia war sehr freundlich und kompetent-

Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch

Roche with its small dreamy bays and its fantastic location invites you to take dreamy walks and moreover, because of its location, it invites you to visit Bodegas, white villages, Tapas restaurants as well as picnics in the white villages. Roche is probably the best known 'Urbanisation' or luxury residential complex in Andalusia, which is simultaneously located in a pine grove and the beach. The neighbouring towns of Chiclana de la Frontera (Novo Sancti Petri) as well as de la Frontera can be reached within 15 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity you have Conil, one of the most beautiful of the Andalusian 'white villages' and Cadiz, probably the oldest city of Europe.
