Is your vacation time precious? Will you only get a week at the beach this year? Then why settle for cheap accommodations, lumpy mattresses, sandpaper sheets, outdated furnishings and cramped space? For a small additional investment in your vacation, you could have the best.

This outstanding 4 bedroom ocean front unit located in the Azure has been professionally decorated with high-end furnishings and premium bedding; the same that is used in Hilton Hotels. The fine mattresses, pillows and high thread-count sheets are better than what most people have at home. This is a huge almost 2000 square foot, TRUE 4 BR unit - no bunk beds in a closet masquerading as the real thing! Two of the bedrooms have king beds and 46' flat screen TV's. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a 40' flat screen TV and the fourth has two twin beds with a 32' flat screen. All bedrooms have Blu-Ray/DVD players. The den has an L-shaped, pull out sleeper sofa. The seating area is equipped with a 65' Samsung SMART TV with a premium sound bar to give you theater sound. We've even provided an audio cable to connect your MP3 player to the sound bar for music and an HDMI cable so you can connect your PC and watch Netflix. We include clear instructions with pictures to make connecting EASY.

All kitchen appliances are new, top of the line stainless steel LG products. The washer and dryer are new Samsung high capacity, high efficiency units. No details have been left out. We even put premium level carpeting and padding in all bedrooms....The view from the patio is second to none, overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You will think you are on your own island with this secluded end unit with all new patio furniture.

The Azure is so popular that check-in, especially on Saturday afternoon can be an exercise in waiting in line both at the front desk and for the lobby elevator. So we developed a solution to get you to the beach faster. Prior to your arrival we give you a unique door code. We recommend you skip the lobby altogether and park in the east side garage. Then take the east elevator up to the 4th floor and walk about 20 feet to the front door of unit 401. For reference, the east side garage is to your left as you approach the lobby from the street.

We looked at every detail that makes for a great family vacation: How far is the walk to the elevator? Where is the trash chute? How loud is the dishwasher? How can we assure the bedroom décor will please children, teenagers and young adults? Does the unit feel like an upscale beach retreat or a souvenir shop? Does the WiFi cover the entire Condo, including the balcony? How can we streamline the 'work' of checking in and moving in/out?

We took all our combined experience in seeking the very best beach vacation and rolled that in our business. We're sure you will be pleased and welcome your comments.

This unit is owned by 2 Families from Collierville TN. The Vincent's and the Donahue's. We've been friend for over a decade and decided to start a business buying condo's that are in need of an up-date; renovating the property to a level that competes with and exceeds that of any high end resort hotel. We are active members of the Condo Owner's Association, with a presence on the Board of Directors.

Set on a wide, uncrowded, sugar-white sand beach, The Azure is one of the, if not the nicest property on Okaloosa Island. It is within walking distance to several restaurants, the pier, a liquor store and within a mile of Publix Grocery. We are 6 miles to Destin but away from all the traffic. An upscale miniature golf park is set to open in Summer of 2016, right across the street from The Azure.

This unit was furnish to give you the luxury you want and expect whether you are on your annual vacation or away on business. No unit can compare.

We considered every detail of what people consider important on a vacation: Mattresses that are the highest quality available. Sheets that are soft and comfortable. Large bedrooms without bunk beds to fight over or worse - force young adults to setting for. Large TVs that can turn a rainy afternoon into a fun family movie time. An easy way to play your music. Hi-cap washer & dryer so that your beach towels are ready before the next day starts. Close proximity to the parking lot, elevator and trash chute (trust me, after 2 days these become important). No lines to pick up keys or wait on the crowded lobby elevators. WiFi that you can connect to from the pool, maybe even the beach if you're so inclined!

Outstanding!! Best Condo we've ever stayed in, by far...

This Property far exceeded our expectations. It was extremely spacious and comfortable. Everything was updated and very clean. The appliances were all state of the art. We had 3 couples staying here, we all had our own very comfortable bedrooms, our own spacious bathrooms and we even had a room to spare... we enjoyed our coffee every morning while we watched dolphins play from our wonderfully furnished gulf front balcony...also working with Brian the owner was great! We would absolutely recommend this property!! Thanks again Brian... We had a great time!!

Magnificent !!!

My family have stayed at other condos on Okaloosa Island..... But never at one that provided such comfort, privacy and joy!

I think someone called Unit 401 "the flag ship"

Of condos at the Azure!

One 12 year old boy and 5 adults made up. our group...... And I can sincerly share that ......we hope to experience this condo again soon!

Clean, spacious, amazing view, plenty utensils, regular size washer and dryer, and the owners were wonderful to work with!!

Upside: This condo delivers on every point as described by the owner. The décor is tasteful and upscale; the bedding is premium; the rooms are large and comfy; the appliances are top of the line; the view of the Gulf couldn't be better; all the property's amenities are convenient and in working order.

Downside: Cooking was challenging because kitchen utensils are at a minimum; absence of real glassware was a disconnect considering how nice all other furnishings were; HD was not available on majority of channels, so picture quality was lackluster; pool pump house was in process of being covered and very noisy.

Overall, this condo was terrific!

Great Vacation

Just completed a week stay with 9 people (2 families). The condo was perfect. This is a true 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom condo with very nice furnishings (Beds, furniture, appliances, etc.) The owners were very responsive to any questions that we had.

Everything in this property was perfect, we would definitely stay here again.
