This place was in a great location. Walking distance to everywhere! The house was very clean and well stocked. The only thing we missed was a grill and a baking pan., we used aluminum, no biggie! I am sure we will rent again at our next Ft Collins visit.

Notes:
Simply comfortable that is literally a few blocks from the great attractions in Old Town Fort Collins. Also easy to walk to the campus for activities there. Grocery store is one block away, very convenient for snacks or cooking in. Totally enjoyable.

The apartment was very clean

The parking is off the street I could see it being a problem for some people but we were lucky to get a spot every day. The bathroom is very small but we made it work .The apartment could really use a full length mirror in one of the rooms we were in for a wedding so a little difficult.Over all a great place to stay very quiet neighborhood I would definitely book this again for the price it's a bargain for Fort Collins CO

Owner's Response: thanks for the feedback! The area recently had a parking program put into place and we actually have a reserved spot for this apartment so any type of parking issue is really not an issue anymore. This guest stayed right before we put the parking spot in place. Thanks!

Great place and a really great location! I have rented another property through them and loved it and wanted to try this one out! I love the large kitchen and made cookies for my son who attends CSU! It is a quiet neighborhood and perfect to walk to breakfast or coffee in the morning. I am renting this place again in August. The owners are supper nice, beds very comfortable and the place is very well maintained. I thought parking would be an issue but there was always a spot open close by. Thanks for the hospitality! Looking forward to our visit in August!
