About Ann B Stormes

Finally living my dream living full-time in Tucson, serving as a docent at the local art museum and taking in all the marvelous art and music venues available in Tucson. Also loving the beautiful Sonoran Desert -- unlike any other desert in the world. We are the most lush! Lots of trees and shrubs and grasses!

Ann B Stormes purchased this condo in 2001

Why Ann B Stormes chose Canyon View At Ventana Condominium

From your patio, you will have the best of both worlds: the Catalina Mountains and the expansive skyline, complete with stunning lights in the distance at night. Overlook the city, marvel at the majesty of our mountains, sip on a marguerita and watch our big sky. All in the middle of a resort setting with all the amenities!

What makes this condo unique

Everything you need to relax and enjoy is on the property, including friendly neighbors and community activities. In addition to the pools, spas, clubhouses, tennis courts, and trailhead, you can walk to Loew's Ventana Canyon ***** Star resort, just next door, and dine, dance, watch movies by the pool, play golf, get a massage, etc. A dozen GOOD restaurants are within 5 minutes of your vacation home.

Cute and Cozy

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I stayed in this comfortable condo nestled in the Catalina Foothills. Steps away from the Ventana Canyon trail and 2 miles from Sabino Canyon National Park. Fantastic location. The condo complex has a salt water pool and other amenities. The condo was comfortable, quiet and had all we needed.

Fantastic place at the foothills of the Catalina mountains

  • 5 of 5

We spent the month of April here, and had a fantastic time. Close to 2 canyons, we were able to take daily walks. We often grilled dinner at one of their 2 pools. The pools have great landscaping (I'm showing my age here :)).

The condo was clean and well maintained. We brought a roku device for the TV (the condo has great Internet), so enjoyed all the movies we needed - didn't miss cable TV.

Snow Birds

  • 5 of 5

We have stayed in this condo for the past 2 winters. The unit has everything we needed and more. It is very quiet , with excellent views, and close hiking trails.

In our opinion, it's the best location in the complex. We loved our time here.

Lovely, comfortable home away from home

  • 5 of 5

Visiting Tucson again in this beautiful Canyon View at Ventana setting was enhanced by this stylishly furnished condo. The warmth and hospitality of this home added to the comfort and the location was perfect for exploring so many aspects of the city. Nearby hiking, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment were easy to navigate, and traveling into downtown was quite convenient. This condo is in a great location for enjoying a quiet drink or a great book on the screened in deck, or spotting native birds and animals in the natural landscaping. The entire complex is beautifully maintained with many amenities. This was a lovely trip and I look forward to returning. It was a delight to work with the owner!

Beautiful Oasis

  • 5 of 5

My stay at this beautiful oasis was so peaceful and perfect from start to finish! The condo's placement in the community is the very top one with views of the mountains and city that are spectacular. The private screened-in porch was my favorite for morning coffee and evening views of the stars and city. The decorating was so tasteful as it fit the southwest so beautifully with all of the lovely artful mirrors, tables, wall art, sofas, pull-out couch and cozy bedroom with a perfect queen bed and mattress. I had everything that I needed in the kitchen to make any dish or smoothie I desired. The community is nestled in the foothills with plenty of outdoor walking, viewing, and lovely swimming pools and workout room. You can just walk right out of the community and you can find a lovely walk along the roadside with beautiful views of the mountains and trails off of the road into the desert. The condo owner is lovely and is always available for questions and went beyond to find a way to make my life as easy and comfortable as possible. I would go back to the beautiful oasis in a heartbeat<3

Serene and tranquil

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our stay so much that when we consider living in Tucson we think of the ventena canyon area. The condo was pristine and ample for our needs. Ann was very cooperative and helpful in making arrangements for our arrival and departure. Don't think twice about this location just book it if you are lucky to get a vacancy.

Close to walking trails and breathtaking sunsets.
