It is tastefully decorated with a Queen bed in Master Bedroom with its private full sized bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds in it. It has a large sleeper sofa in the Living Area to accommodate all your bedding needs. The second bathroom is just across the hall from the second bedroom for everyone’s convenience.
Walk out on the balcony and enjoy a cool drink while soaking up the sun. There are two Olympic sized pools located on the Sea Oats Complex for your enjoyment. Relax by the pool or walk the short distance across the beach road to the beautiful sugar white sandy beach here at West Beach. You have a deeded access to the beach, not public, but private for your enjoyment.
You have the best of both worlds by being on the North side of the beach road on the Lagoon with Gazebos and fishing piers for your enjoyment. You have ramps on complex for launching Sea Doos and boats. Everything you can hope for at your fingertips at great discount pricing.
If you play golf, this is 'Golf Heaven' with all the great golf courses nearby, for the kids there are 9 signature golf courses. The Foley outlet malls are only minutes away, for all your shopping needs. Then you have the water amusement parks, the zoo, go carts and all types of children activities are all close.
The condo has inside washer and dryer for your convenience.
There is a large size Sleeper Sofa in Living Area, thus giving you plenty of beds for everyone. Church groups are welcome and I have other accommodations in same Sea Oats Complex as well as nearby on West Beach if needed for larger groups.
This is the perfect combination for an enjoyable vacation. Come and enjoy the Sun and fun!! You will not beat this price and have all the comforts of home.

Do not stay in this unit!
My family and I were very disappointed in this particular unit. Everything about this place was cheaply done - Dollar General or Walmart had to be the supplier overall - including rugs, kitchenware, towels, bedding and all general decor - cheap, cheap, cheap! The place was also dirty - huge spots on the carpet, door surfaces (including closet doors) were filthy, a dozen or more cigarette butts lined the outside patio, pans had built up grease on them and clogged drains. This was our 4th time to Gulf Shores and all our other places were beautiful for the same price. When we pay this much to stay in a unit, I expect quality. If you feel the same, DON'T rent this unit!
We enjoy staying at Sea Oats.
The unit was descent. One disappointing aspect was the furniture. Living room furniture is outdated and uncomfortable. The shower liner in the first bath was completely ripped off and left hanging in the shower. The unit could use some updates. We did enjoy the to twin beds in the guest room for our boys. We love staying at Sea Oats and its proximity to the beach.
We visited during October while the Shrimp Festival was going on. The condo was absolutely perfect! It was clean and we had no problems during our stay. We had never been to Gulf Shores and weren't very sure about the location but it could not have been better. Across the street is the Gulf and the bay is at the back of the property. The best of both worlds! Thank you Alicia for making our vacation a success. We will definitely be hanging onto this property information in case we ever get the chance to make this trip again.
