Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in the heart of town at the popular Park Place Condominium Complex. Desirable end unit with lots of windows and natural light. Easy access from the parking lot with a ski locker 15 feet from where you unload all of your gear. No hauling gear inside the complex or up the stairs. Park the car and leave the keys as you walk or take the free town shuttle to everything you need to make your stay complete. Ski bus picks up across the street and ski home on the Four O'clock run to your ground level end unit with ski locker. Fully equipped kitchen to accommodate up to 6 guests with a King bed in the Master suite, a Queen bed and twin bunk beds in the second bedroom and a sofa in the living room. This unit is pet friendly with an additional fee. The location of this unit can't be beat! Located directly across from Riverwalk Center on the mountain side of town, one block from Main Street with the Free Town Shuttle picking up directly across the street, and Ski home via the Four O'Clock Run behind the Pine Ridge Condos and walk across the street to your home away from home. No more waiting for the Shuttle after a long day on the slopes! Enjoy the free onsite Hot Tub with heated floors at the center of the Park Place complex or use the Communal indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tub located approximately 100 yards south of the complex. An access card to the Communal Pool is provided to all condo guests free of charge. I am the owner and manager of this condo with several contacts in the town of Breckenridge to ensure you have a pleasant stay while visiting our beautiful town. Great location and pet friendly

The condo was in a great location and had easy to access with parking nearby. It was roomy and mostly well appointed. The bed mattresses were very soft and not great for anyone with back issues but the bunk bed mattress was much better. Lighting could be better in the kitchen as well as the need for better frying pans if one wants to cook. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful time. Great location and thanks for allowing pets.

Over all we had a great experience. My grandchildren loved the bunks beds! Great location on the end of the first floor and so close to town. I felt very lucky to have it available for the dates we needed.

I would suggest bringing towels and a clean sponge to do the dishes.

Pleasant, spacious condominium in Breckenridge

The condominium was well-equipped, located close to "main street" as well as the ski area. It had everything we needed to enjoy the Firecracker 50 race and high-altitude training camp.

Great location

We had a great stay here for spring skiing. Bus stop to lift is across the street, one could walk to the nearest lift but it is uphill all the way. In the evening, ski to the condo parking lot of the condos across the street, easy walk back. In the evening a short walk to Main St.

The condo was clean spacious and well equipped. Nice king bed in master bedroom, and the kids were fine in their room/.The photos do not do the condo justice, several of the photos are in my opinion too dark. Kitchen was well stocked. No problems with parking. The only negative, as mentioned by a previous reviewer, is the towels are too small, we had some additional ones with us from family in Denver. If we are skiing in Breckenridge next year we will be back.
