The condo is ground floor, fresh remodel, new carpets, granite counters very comfortable furniture. Large bedrooms and king size beds. There is a master bath and a hall bath next to the guest bedroom. This community has two swimming pools. The first pool is heated, the second pool is beautifully located next to the Marina overlooking Manatee Pocket. Mariner Cay Marina is a full service marina, fuel, very large dockage, dock-master. Tennis courts, this is a large community, plenty of choices for a walk or run, Sandsprit Park is around the corner, there is a Clubhouse and weekly activities. Four month minimum stay, this condo is one of six buildings that has a private marina. Please note, the condo porch does not face the water. Thanks!
