This location is the best! Steps to everything, this is where everyone wants to be.

The apartment is in a new building, finished in 2009. The unit features cherry wood floors, a kitchen with modern stainless Bosch appliances, granite counters and a luxury bathroom as well as laundry in unit and views of downtown.

Up to the roof deck which is shared by the other units in the building, you can see everything!

Roof deck views are panoramic and include the state house, the beacon hill neighborhood, Back Bay buildings like the Hancock as well as a clear view of the Charles river out Cambridgeport, plus the West End and Water views, downtown, and more.

You can walk to EVERYTHING Boston has to offer including:

THE BUILDING

At the cornerstone of the revitalized Bulfinch Triangle Historic District, this building presents an incredible urban living experience is one of Boston’s most vibrant and desirable neighborhoods. Originally constructed as condominiums, the interior’s designs and finishes evoke upscale luxury. Bosch appliances, granite counters and floor-to-ceiling windows are some of the many highlights. Are you from out of town? This is a spectacular neighborhood across from TD Bank North Garden [the Boston Garden].

The West End borders Beacon Hill and shares the zip code (02114). It is next to Government Center and the North End as well.

Everything is very vibrant. You can walk to anything in just a few minutes and it is accessible to lots of T stations and bus routes, as well as Amtrak.

North Station is in the building with green line and orange line service.

Parking in the neighborhood is very tight. If you bring a car, parking is available in the building for $39 per day if you specify with your booking. Reservation is required.

You can also order "resident discount cards" when you book for $4 each to park in the garage on Staniford Street.

You need one per exit, so if you plan to park and stay for the whole trip without moving your car, you need just 1 card.

If you plan to come and go every day, you will need the appropriate number of cards.

These cards currently discount the daily rate down to $18 per day which is subject to change.

SERIOUS CLEANLINESS STANDARDS THAT EXCEED EXPECTATIONS:

When you check in, everything will be in perfect condition. You will feel as if the apartment was put together just for you, clean and sterile from our cleaning crew on every surface, even the switch plates and remote controls.

We call it, "White Glove, Black Light Cleaning." It's our service mark.

Standards for cleanliness exceed those of any 5 star hotel. Every surface, appliance, drawer, ledge and corner are cleaned using a check-list with over 120 points. All surfaces, including floors and walls are vacuumed, then hand washed - never mopped.

Once the unit is thoroughly cleaned, it is inspected by your hosts Richard or Victoria or another manager before you check in to be certain everything is up to snuff. Feel free to do the 'white glove test' anywhere in the apartment.

Linens are laundered locally using bleach, and inspected twice before they go back for use in the unit. We use high quality cotton sheets and plush towels.
