Parking in the neighborhood is very tight. If you bring a car, parking is available in the building for $39 per day if you specify with your booking. Reservation is required.
You can also order "resident discount cards" when you book for $4 each to park in the garage on Staniford Street.
You need one per exit, so if you plan to park and stay for the whole trip without moving your car, you need just 1 card.
If you plan to come and go every day, you will need the appropriate number of cards.
These cards currently discount the daily rate down to $18 per day which is subject to change.

SERIOUS CLEANLINESS STANDARDS THAT EXCEED EXPECTATIONS:
When you check in, everything will be in perfect condition. You will feel as if the apartment was put together just for you, clean and sterile from our cleaning crew on every surface, even the switch plates and remote controls.
We call it, "White Glove, Black Light Cleaning." It's our service mark.
Standards for cleanliness exceed those of any 5 star hotel. Every surface, appliance, drawer, ledge and corner are cleaned using a check-list with over 120 points. All surfaces, including floors and walls are vacuumed, then hand washed - never mopped.
Once the unit is thoroughly cleaned, it is inspected by your hosts Richard or Victoria or another manager before you check in to be certain everything is up to snuff. Feel free to do the 'white glove test' anywhere in the apartment.
Linens are laundered locally using bleach, and inspected twice before they go back for use in the unit. We use high quality cotton sheets and plush towels.

Archstone is an amazing building. Finished in 2009, this award winning building is flawless. We have one great apartment in this building already and are pleased to have another!
Convenience of location. Especially for events at TD Garden. But walking distance to all North End and Faneuil Hall attractions. "T" station in building is perfect for getting around town and to/from airport. Well stocked for home cooking if desired. Very comfortable bed. Just a perfect setup - so clean! Good fitness center. Prox keys are very nice for quick entry ( no fumbling with key outside on street at night) but area is very safe. Incredibly quiet with so much going on just five floors below.
Our stay at this great little apartment was fantastic! The location is phenomenal, as you are in walking distance from many key tourist locations in Boston. If you want to go somewhere a little further, the train station is literally in the building. Richard and Victoria were such a breeze to rent from and I was pleased with the cleanliness and the furnishings. The views from the apartment are great and even better from the rooftop terrace. The TD Garden is so close you could throw a rock at it, so if you're in town for a sports game this apartment would be the perfect spot as well. I will definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Boston, and would stay here again in a heart beat.
We booked this apartment in October if 2015 with Richard. Great location close to two train stations and walking distance from Little Italy and several other attractions. Apartment was very clean and furnished very nicely. Check-in was simple. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again· We would rate it 5 stars! Great vacation.
This is the second time we have stayed in one of Richard & Victoria's apartments, as we loved it the first time, and this one did not disappoint. An absolutely stunning apartment in the heart of North End, a perfect location to sightsee, just a 5 min walk from Faneuil Hall, the Italian restaurant quarter, and right by North Station if you want to get the T anywhere. Richard and Victoria have put so much effort in to ensure every detail of the apartment is perfect, delivering a 5 star experience every time. Fluffy white bathrobes, towels, huge memory foam bed, hardwood flooring, fully fitted kitchen, bottles of wine, the list never ends! Book this apartment if you want a luxury 5 star stay in Boston for half the price.
My partner and I really enjoyed this place for Valentine's Day. From the cute little touches to the decorations, location and all the amenities we needed, it definitely exceeded our expectations. Information booklet provided in the apartment was excellent for local essentials. Richard followed this up with an email to check everything was in order or if he could be of any further help. Apartment was immaculate and furnished to a high standard. Excellent location with easy access to the T (entrances either end of the building) and via car to the airport (15 minutes by cab).
“Reserving and preparing for our stay there was easy. Richard was very communicative and answered all questions. Check-in was a breeze and worked exactly as we were told. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped. We were able to cook in when we felt like it and had plenty of dishes, flatware, and all the utensils/appliances we needed. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom new and very clean and there was plenty of seating in the living area. The location, across from the Boston Garden was perfect for our needs. There were some good restaurants nearby and the North End, where you can eat as if in Italy, is just a few short blocks way. We chose the "you tidy" cleaning option and that was simple as well. We highly recommend this apartment!”
