Great place to enjoy Grand Haven

  • 4 of 5

House is in a good location close to all the action on the boardwalk and the beach. It was a comfortable stay with a great backyard and the bikes were a nice perk.

Wish I could keep this My Little Secret Hideaway!!!

If your visiting Michigan, You need to stop in Grand Haven to get the full experience of lake Michigan Living. This rental property is perfect for the whole family vacation. Close to all the action but far enough away for peace and Quite, We loved the back yard for a perfect smore fire and grilling dinner. The house is fully equipped with every thing you could ever need and the owners are so easy to work with , the neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Make plans to bike all over town and spend the day at the beach. You can rent charter fishing boats or pirate ships. you cant miss the musical fountains sitting close together on a blanket sharing Ice cream or popcorn from one of the shops on the boardwalk, then walk back to this beautiful house and make some more family memories by just being together around a fire or playing yard games. This house is decorated so welcoming with surprises in every drawer or closet and You will not be disappointed with the Neighborhood. My whole Family was sad to leave and can't wait to come back

Thank you so much for allowing our family to stay at your cottage

Adorable Home, Family Friendly, Great Value, Close to Everything

  • 5 of 5

We stayed the week of July 16, 2017. We loved the house- tons of character and very well decorated. Modern yet cozy decor. Front porch and back deck were great. Yard is amazing for bonfires and letting the kids run. There is a park 2 houses down. The house had every amenity you could need, and then some. Plenty of dresser and closet space, little hooks everywhere, nice washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, great linens and towels. It was great that there were kids books and games, plus the shed with bikes saved us $$ from having to rent bikes. We used the beach chairs and the boogie board at the beach. You're a short distance to the boardwalk and beach, and a short distance to modern amenities like Walgreens. It's a perfect in-between location in town. Can't beat the price for everything you get. Owner was great to work with. If we had any suggestions it would be to bring a fan. The air conditioners work hard to keep up during a hot summer day. We had our box fans with us because we use them when we sleep, and were were glad to have them during the day as well. Great great place and would definitely stay again and recommend to friends/family!!!

Excellent location & quiet neighborhood

  • 5 of 5

Great place to stay! We were able to walk or bike to everything. This cottage is clean and provides you with multiple amenities. If there is something you forgot coffee, shampoo, paper products, it is there for you. Washer/dryer, iron, bikes, games in the shed out back were very nice additions. We had many nights out back with the fire pit. Thankful we found this gem to stay in. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great house, excellent location

  • 5 of 5

This was a great house for our vacation. The first floor bedrooms were adequate enough for my older parents & the pack-n-play for the baby. The stairs to the 2nd floor were steep which was fine for our 4 older kids, but not my parents or our youngest. The house was cozy & nicely furnished and decorated. The kitchen had all the necessities we needed for the meals we cooked at home. The washer and dryer was amazing to have. We all loved sitting on the front porch or the deck out back, reading or watching the kids play. We were close enough to walk to the fireworks, musical fountain, ice cream and farmer's market. The kids made a daily trip to the park down the street. The only bad part was when we had to leave. The kids wanted to stay.
