Great place to stay, plan to come in the fall, lots of great eating establishments that are close.
Anne met us at the condo and gave us a tour. She was so helpful with giving us information on great restaurants, close stores and shopping. She was so sweet! The condo is exceptional and the view was beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. We had 4 adults and 2 children and had more than enough space. The walk to the beach was a short trip down. We had everything we needed! Anne went above and beyond when we realized we had left a couple things behind and quickly took the time to mail them back to us!! We had a wonder vacation And love the condo!!
Beautiful, updated condo right on the beach with spectacular sunset views.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this condo and area of Florida. Everything in the condo was renovated. The pictures don't do it justice. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The pool is heated to 86 degrees. Well cared for property. Lots to do in area if weather isn't to your liking.
Hello Pam - Thank you for taking the time to write this Wonderful review of Seagate 301. I would be very pleased to host you again
Best Wished - Anne A Weylie-
We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo. We were 4 adults and we were all very comfortable. Anne welcomed us and provided a bottle of wine and a pizza to get started. There is easy access to the beach and pool. The undercover parking was a nice perk! We have stayed in many rentals in the Indian Shores/Indian Rocks area and this was one of our favorites!
Our family enjoyed this condo more than any other we've stayed in over the last ten years . So well we booked it for next year before we left . Anne is a marvelous host and very welcoming. The view is spectacular, the sunsets rejuvenating, and the beach relaxing. The unit is very well stocked with all you need for an enjoyable vacation. Great pool with plenty of deck space and the condo is ideally located in the center of the islands. Still can't say enough about Anne, makes you feel more than welcome.
Hi Jim- Thank you for your Generous

WOW! Great condo!
This place is fabulous! Such a treat when we opened the door of this condo and saw what we had booked sight unseen. Waiting for us were flowers, wine and a pizza in the fridge. This is a large condo (1500 sq ft) and was just remodeled this past off-season. Everything is new and so tastefully done. The condo has a great layout with the balcony accessed from both the living area and the master bedroom. A small balcony is off another bedroom and looks out on the road and the intercoastal. This is a corner unit so the ocean-side balcony wraps around the corner. The beach this unit looks out on is just breathtaking. This was Spring break and it never got overly crowded. The pool for the complex is at the opposite end from this unit. We never used it, but it looked nice and clean. There is plenty to do in the area, but it took a lot to tear us away from this place! The kitchen was easy to use with plenty of pans, dishes and space. Bar stools at the counter and a nice dining area made it fun to stay in and cook. Anne the manager stopped by and always responded right away to emails and questions. She was a pleasure to work with. We did do plenty in our week. Our big outing was to Lakeland to tour Florida Southern University with the largest collection of Frank Lloyd Wright buildings in the world. We also went to a Spring training baseball game in Dunedin and did a dolphin boat tour at John's Pass. BTW-John's Pass (~6 mi south on Gulf) has a great brewpub-Mad Beach Brewery. Surprisingly good food and excellent beer. (You have to climb a flight of stairs from the sidewalk to get to it).
Highly recommend this rental.
Many restaurants', shopping malls, john's Pass Village, deep sea fishing, boating, theatre, sports of all kinds and museums.
