About the property

Has its own deck for enjoying early morning sunshine and a garden seating area in summer which fronts one of the oldest irrigation ditches—Farmers Ditch—in Boulder. A small pond in the garden cheers the colder weather with the sound of rippling water and flashing color of small golden fishes.

An accidental second honeymoon

  • 5 of 5

My Husband and I flew out from CT for his cousins wedding. We spent 4 nights at Spruce Studio and absolutely fell in love with the property and house. Cindy had that warm inviting smile and her kindness is unparalleled. She asked us to make ourselves at home and we felt completely comfortable in doing so. We loved the cascading gardens, koi pond and view of the Flatirons. We loved our hikes during the days and walk into town for dinners on Pearl St. The location is perfect! We were able to travel to Red Rocks, Golden and Estes Park with ease. I can sum this up by saying, coming here for a wedding turned into a second honeymoon for us and we will absolutely be returning in the near future to see Cindy and our perfect little Spruce Studio!

Great Getaway

Spruce Studio was the perfect stay for a local experience. Nestled right off of Pearl street, you are able to walk to all the shopping and restaurants the Mall has to offer. Plus, the home is located near walking/hiking paths.

Charming studio, wonderful host, great town

  • 5 of 5

Cindy was a wonderful host & made sure we were had everything we needed for a comfortable stay at her charming property. Studio is beautifully landscaped, & extremely clean. Nice, private shaded patio, with lots hummingbirds feeding in the garden. Also a nice little stream running through the rear of the property. Located 1 block off Pearl street, providing walking access to Pearl St & all it's great restaurants, shopping & coffee shops. Great experience, & will definitely stay at Spruce Studio again.

Beautiful setup

  • 5 of 5

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week while exploring Colorado. The location was perfect to wander Pearl Street & even go tubing on Boulder Creek. Parking was right out front which made it very easy to go drive off & explore the next-door mountains. The room was a perfect size with a gorgeous outdoor seating area to relax in. Highly recommend for a single or a couple.

Salinas, California

Wonderful experience...peaceful setting close to great running/hiking/biking trails.

This studio was nicely done from the bathroom to the outside sitting patio. The neighborhood is quaint with beautiful Victorian era homes and within walking distance to the Pearl Street shopping areas. The studio sits back off the street so it is very private and quiet.

We also liked that in the morning several local trails were close by for running.
