Ocean side of Rte A1A. Second Floor 2-Bedroom Condo. Each Bedroom has a Queen Bed with Pull-Out Couch in Living Room. 2 Baths (tub/shower and walk in shower-stall) and Laundry-washer and dryer. Fully equipped Kitchen. Balcony, strong wireless Internet, cable TV, with 2 TV's, LR TV equipped with DVD/Blue-Ray player. Short walk to exercise room, tennis courts and St Augustine Beach. Hibiscus Resort amenities also include, next to the building, a floral and greens shaded outside pool with grill. Two other pools, one heated with hot tub are 50 yards from our steps. A short drive to both Historic St Augustine, Restaurants by the dozen, night life, family fun includes the Beach, Alligator Farm, amusements, golf courses and The World Golf Hall-of-Fame and other good stuff. Building Roof Deck offers a spectacular view of the Beach and Ocean looking East. Children welcome. Sadly, no pets.

We new nothing of St Augustine until our car broke down here on New Year's Eve in 2004 and we 'had to stay here' and walk the streets until the car was repaired 5 days later. What a blessing car trouble is when you discover a treasure like St. Augustine. This area is rich in both history (Art is a history nut) and activities - from Outlet Malls, water sports, fine or casual dinning, dozens of golf courses to --- just burying your toes in the sand!

This apartment was pretty spacious, very clean and updated. It had everything we needed and having 2 bedrooms was very helpful. The walk to the beach wasn't as long as we feared - just 5 minutes through the resort complex. Pools and hot-tubs were clean and not crowded.
The only minor negative thing - clothes dryer in the unit was not stopping by itself and we had instructions not to use it while not in the unit. I am pretty sure it is a fixable problem. Owners, please call appliance repair and don't make vacationers worry about this silly thing!

Loved the proximity to the pool area, and only a 5 min. walk to the super wide white sand beach.
We could of used an umbrella for the beach, but we stayed out a couple of hours before heading back to the pool where we could get some shade and relax .
Overall, Art and Nancy were great at returning emails and answering any inquiries, They have a beautiful condo in a great location. Close to some great beachy restaurants and local supermarkets. Plus only a 15 minute scenic drive to downtown St. Augustine.
We would definitely use Art and Nancy's condo again should we ever return to St. Augustine for vacation.
It was a great stay. The condo was roomy for 2 adults and 3 kids. We had most meals there with a stocked kitchen. The resort was well maintained. The grounds were beautifully manicured. There were 3 pools, but we only used the one closest to our condo. It was never crowded. The beach was beautiful as well and also not crowded. We were able to set up almost directly in front of beach access. There was a bit of a walk through a winding maze of pathways and pool gates. We learned that it was better to walk through the parking lot when carrying items to and from the beach. The town of St. Augustine was neat with plenty of things to do for adults and children. Overall it was a great stay at a reasonable price and I would definitely recommend to others.
We had a great time. We found this condo to be in a good central location , fairly close to the old town of St. Augustine, Marineland, St. Augustine Beach and all the great restaurants there; yet away from all the noisy hub-bub. The owners were awesome to work with as was the condo manager. The unit was clean, and had everything needed and then some. The resort had all kinds of pools, exercise equipment, tennis courts and the beach and resort setting was AMAZING. Would definitely go back. GREAT VALUE!!!
Great getaway! Close to the town of St.Augstune and St.George street. The unit was spacious and close to the beach and pools.
We absolutely loved staying in this condo while we were in St. Augustine. It was an easy drive anywhere we wanted to go - Publix was about a 3 minute drive away, which happened to be in the same shopping center as a Starbucks and an amazing ice cream shop (Marble Slab Creamery - YUM).
The community has at least 3 pools to choose from, so it was never crowded when we went swimming. The beach is about a 3 minute walk, and it's gorgeous. The building manager, Susan, was amazing and went out of her way to get us anything we needed, because the owners of this unit like to take care of their guests. The condo itself was clean and in great shape, decorated perfectly for the beach, and it had everything we needed for a week long stay with 4 kids. There were even some pool toys, a couple of beach towels, some beach chairs, and probably lots of little things that I'm forgetting.
My absolute favorite thing was that there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Plus laundry soap. Seriously, we came home with ALL of our laundry clean because we were able to keep up with it the entire time. BEST THING EVER! I highly recommend this condo - you'll love it just like we did! Thanks Art & Nancy for a lovely stay. :)
