Pool-side 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1st floor. Access to the pool and spa is through a private gate eight steps out the back door of the condo . . . it’s like having your own private cabana. New stainless-steel appliances, granite counter top in kitchen, new ceramic-tile flooring throughout, new queen-size sleeper sofa in living room, LCD TVs in the living room and the master bedroom, extremely comfortable Adirondack chairs on open patio. Linens are provided. The washer and dryer are inside our unit and we provide the laundry detergent.

Gulf Place has three private beach accesses just across Scenic Highway 30-A. Because our condo is so close to the beach, you can get exercise by actually walking ON the beach, not walking TO the beach.

We gladly provide free beach set up for the duration of your stay (March 1 through October 31). Our extremely nice and helpful beach service manager, will set up 2 chairs and 1 beach umbrella for your relaxation. Our beach service manager will also help if you would like to rent a kayak, a YOLO board (stand-up paddle board), or even bicycles.

The master bedroom furnishings in this beautiful condo are new and incredibly comfortable. The king-size bed is a very high-quality Sealy mattress. The bath towels are luxurious. A significant feature in our condo is the 2-sink vanity in our bathroom.

We love the area and enjoy going to one of the best beaches in the world. We also love bike riding along Scenic Highway 30-A. This resort is a great family area for fun! 30-A is peaceful, friendly and relaxed but with plenty of fun family activities. The restaurants on 30-A are FABULOUS!

This was our 1st vacation since we got married and our 25th wedding anniversary. Charlie made it easy and special. He was very patient with me and all my questions. The property and condo were beautiful and clean. The town and local people friendly. We are already planning our next trip and want to stay in Charlie & Linda's condo again. If we could, we would give it 10 stars!!!!! This condo is awesome, it is a pool-side paradise. Great, comfortable bed, excellent coffee maker, big fluffy towels, clean hot tub and pool, easy access to the beach. We highly recommend Charlie & Linda's condo.

We loved it!

My husband and I just spent a week here and we had a great time. The condo is clean, quiet and so conveniently located. My number one factor in choosing a condo was having a comfortable king size bed and they did not disappoint. The bed was very comfortable! It was also really nice having the washer/dryer so we could wash our beach towels every day after coming in from the beach. We loved sitting out on the back porch in the morning while drinking our coffee but the afternoon sun makes it too hot to sit out there again until the sun goes down. Having the hot tub and pool right outside the back door was great for those evening dips in the hot tub. My only complaint was that the hot tub really needed more powerful jets and more of them. It is a big hot tub but only has just a few jets that are not very powerful, thus not very relaxing for sore muscles. The pool was heated which I wasn't expecting and was nice since we did have some cool evenings. We brought our paddle boards and it was easy getting them across the street and down one of the three available private beach access paths. Having the beach set up included was a big plus and Brandon had it set up for us every day exactly where we wanted it. The beach is lovely and was not at all crowded. We really enjoyed being able to walk over to The Perfect Pig and we ate there 3 times for dinner and twice for breakfast. It was THAT good. They have a great happy hour 3-5pm and Mon-Thur from 5-6 entrees are half price. The best thing we had was the grouper and at $34 getting it for half price was a great deal. And make sure to order their bacon as it truly is amazing. We ordered it at breakfast AND dinner. Chanticleer was also a winner and I highly recommend their shrimp and grits. If you get in the mood for the best steak you've ever eaten drive 30 minutes to Destin and go to McGuire's Irish Pub. I did not enjoy the dark cavelike atmosphere but I had the best filet I've ever eaten!!!! I live on the east coast of Florida and this was my first visit to the panhandle in many, many years but it definitely won't be our last. I would happily stay in this condo again.

Great 30 A condo !

We loved every aspect of this condo, it's an easy walk to the beach, there's a coffee shop within walking distance, we ate at the Perfect Pig restaurant excellent food and service, had beers at the Growler Garage . We will definitely be back !
