One (1) parking space is included at a parking garage a block and a half away from our condo building.

A historic loft in the heart of downtown's entertainment district. The loft has been recently renovated and has an open floor plan. The condo is perfect for a couple's getaway or a family trip.

It is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sleeps up to 4, with 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleeper sofa. NOTE: The condo is best for one couple, two to four friends, or a family with children. The bedroom's walls do not go to the ceiling, so the bedroom is not private from the living area.

The condo is very quiet despite its central location. The building is primarily occupied by full-time residents. This loft is not suitable for parties or events, as they would disrupt the neighbors.

The loft is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator.

The Quarters is located on 2nd Avenue North just 1.5 blocks to Printers Alley, 2 blocks to Lower Broadway & the honky tonks, 3 blocks to the Ryman Auditorium, 4 blocks to the Tennessee Performing Arts Center & 5th Ave Arts District, 4 blocks to the Bridgestone Arena and Schermerhorn Symphony Center and 6 blocks to the Music City Center (convention center). Plus, the building is just a 5-minute walk across the bridge to LP Field (Titans games, Music City Bowl, CMA Music Festival, and other major events and concerts). Nearby neighborhoods include The Gulch, Germantown, East Nashville, Midtown, Music Row, West End/Vanderbilt, Hillsboro Village and 12South: all are a short drive or quick cab ride away.

There is a full-service urban grocery store (HG Hill Urban Market) only two blocks away, as well as a wine and liquor store. Plus, Walgreens and Dollar General are only three blocks away.

NOTE: The 3-night minimum is only required for weekend stays, for weekday stays please inquire about a 1- or 2-night stay. These are easily possible!

ALSO: The nightly minimum can be waived if there is only one night (or two nights) in a row available to book. Send an inquiry and we can make it work.

About Andrea Champion

Our family lives downtown in a different condo building, six blocks away from this location. Before we had children, we lived in this loft and loved it! Andrea has lived downtown since 2002 and Sam has lived downtown since 2005.

Why Andrea Champion chose Nashville

Sam purchased this condo while he was renting a unit in the building when the whole building flipped to condos. It was located very close to his job and he wanted to continue living there. He lived in the building for over five years.

What makes this condo unique

Nothing beats staying or living downtown! It is so nice to be able to walk to the grocery store, the restaurants, the bars, concerts, parks, festivals and all of the attractions - and not have to worry about a car.

The laundry closet has a front loading energy efficient washer and dryer for your use. Laundry detergent is provided. Linens and towels provided. We loved our stay! Owner very easy to work with and responsive. The loft is clean and very "downtown Nashville" . It had everything we needed including frosted bear glasses in the freezer. Walk out the front door and you are right in the heart of all the live music scene. Stumbling distance from the bars, and close to the riverfront. We loved this loft. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Great location and clean

Great place to stay. Very clean. Close walking distance to Broadway Street. Walls are a little thin so you can hear people walking and talking; very minor otherwise great stay! Sound machine included which was a great find by your bedside.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay here very much, the location is perfect. We were able to walk downtown to all of the action and having a place to park your car is wonderful. At check in time it was difficult finding a place to park out front so we could drop off our bags and the same when we were ready to leave. We had to circle around the block in heavy traffic four times before a spot was open. Also, the sink is still draining slow as I see others have commented on this in the past. The water is an issue too, difficult to find hot water and water pressure at the same time. The sink in the bathroom is very trendy but takes up the entire counter space, making it difficult to set out items that are needed in the bathroom. None of these issues are deal breakers, you won't be disappointed and will enjoy being so close to the action in Nashville

Great loft condo in a perfect location.

The loft was just off Broadway, but very quite, comfortable, private and safe. Everything was perfect. The parking spot was a big bonus! Will definitely stay here next time we go to Nashville if it is available.
