About Andrea Champion
Our family lives downtown in a different condo building, six blocks away from this location. Before we had children, we lived in this loft and loved it! Andrea has lived downtown since 2002 and Sam has lived downtown since 2005.
Andrea Champion purchased this Condo in 2005
Why Andrea Champion chose Downtown
Sam purchased this condo while he was renting a unit in the building when the whole building flipped to condos. It was located very close to his job and he wanted to continue living there. He lived in the building for over five years.
What makes this Condo unique
Nothing beats staying or living downtown! It is so nice to be able to walk to the grocery store, the restaurants, the bars, sporting events, concerts, parks, festivals and all of the attractions - and not have to worry about a car.

Great location to visit downtown Nashville
This condo was located within walking distance of major attractions. The Ryman Auditorium was three blocks away. The Country Music Hall of Fame was less than five blocks. All the music clubs on Broadway and Second Avenue were so close. That said, the condo was very quiet.
The weather was hot, but because of the close proximity to attractions, we went out and returned to condo for a relaxing break. Then we went back out refreshed.
Parking in Nashville is constant a problem. The fact that a parking spot was included with the condo made it so handy. The garage was across the street. We could drive to to out lying attractions.
Demos Restaurant was around the corner.
It had good food for budget prices. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a selection on the menu.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Nashville and this condo.
Beautiful property. Cozy yet contemporary. Location second to none.
Great experience over all.
Great location and experience. Would have liked a few more hand towels/wash cloths but that was a minor inconvenience.
Eric Church Revival in Nashville
Cannot beat the location! If your looking to experience the heart of Nashville it beats right outside these doors. But what’s great is the condo is quiet and private, so easy to kick back and recharge. Equipped with all the basic necessities for cooking, etc. Pull out couch could use a replacement as it tilts backwards, but slept well regardless. Andrea is great, very helpful and responsive with any questions and needs!
Great girls weekend with Eric Church!!
Very Comfortable Stay. The fantastic location cannot be beat!
We very much enjoyed our stay at 302 in The Quarters. This is a very comfortable condo with all the basic necesities. It isn't a luxy level condo, but it has everything you need, and it was clean. The luxury is in the location. If you are interested in being in downtown, near the honkytonks and printer's alley, this location is hard to beat. The parking space which comes with it is a huge plus. We have stayed in and around Nashville downtown and have tried staying further out and uber-ing in and this has been our favorite stay. Its not perfect, the fact that there isn't a full wall around the bedroom makes it basically a studio, so you have to be quiet in the kitchen if someone is still sleeping, and I would hate to have someone sleep on the couch if I was looking for privacy in the bedroom. But for one or two people, this is a great space. I will look here first the next time I am coming to town. I hope its available!
Loved the loft and the location. Walking distance to most things we wanted to do. Owner was very good in getting us all the info we needed. Only negative was that their was a bit of a smell at the entrance, I’m assuming from the homeless.
