This exceptional 3 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom townhome is a 1.5 block walk to the Snowflake Lift and has ski-in access via the Four O’Clock Ski Run across the street.

Winterpoint Townhomes are located just two blocks to Main Street and are on the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle route, which provides access to all ski lifts and downtown Breckenridge.

Winterpoint # 9 is comfortably decorated with a whopping 1,792 square feet. This multi-level townhome has an open design and features a living room focused around the river rock natural wood burning fireplace and a large flat screen HDTV with DVD player and surround stereo. Winterpoint #9 has ample seating on comfortable couches with chaise lounges and a super comfy recliner to boot. Just off the living room is the private outdoor hot tub. Why share your hot tub with the entire complex when you can have your own!!

The fully stocked kitchen and dining area are just above the living room. The dining table has seating for eight people with dinner ware and glass ware provided. The kitchen boasts Corian countertops, wood cabinetry and all the necessary appliances and cookware to prepare that gourmet meal for your family.

The master bedroom features a King bed, HDTV and an En-suite Bathroom with shower/tub combo.

The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and twin bunks and an En-suite bath with a full shower.

The third bedroom has two sets of bunks. One set of bunks is a twin over twin and the other is a twin over full. This bedroom has use of it's own hallway bathroom with shower/tub combo.

The loft area has extra sleeping with a full size futon, work desk and a black and white printer for guest use.

Other unit amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, free WIFI, an attached private two-car heated garage and boot dryers. Guests of the Winterpoint Townhomes can enjoy seasonal access to the new Upper Village Pool Complex with an indoor/outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing tanning area for those sunny summer days.

Better than advertised!

I'm always a little nervous to book a home for the first time; fearing the pictures may be dated or inaccurate. That being the case, I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised when renting this home.

The spaciousness and comfort were just the beginning. Our group of 8 was very comfortable, and we could've easily accommodated more. Also, all of the "creature comforts" were there; AND THEN SOME. Satellite, wifi, hot tub, and even an Xbox for the kids (or kids at heart).

Also, the location was extremely conveniently located. We started and ended every day at the Snowflake lift (short 2 block walk), where we were able to store our skis at Christy Sports. At night, all of the restaurants and bars were about 3 blocks in the other direction. Leave your car in the 2-car garage for your entire stay.

I'd gladly rent this home again.

Loved it! Great space. Nice amenities. Private hot tub was a hit with all. Heated garage is killer!

Two families of 4. Plenty of room for kids to play and adults to socialize. Hot tub, X-box, and cable for kid downtime. Everything seemed new. Free Ride Breck bus stop very close, or walked to Snowflake lift. When 4-O'clock run opens, could ski to right across the street. We all loved the place!

Beautiful condo and great location

The condo is fantastic; lots of space, nicely finished, well stocked in terms of amenities. It's a 4 minute walk down to the riverwalk / Main street.

Absolutely perfect

My family of seven adults, one infant stayed at this rental for nine nights over the Christmas holiday. We loved our stay. The bathrooms, entrance, kitchen..all have been remodeled...gorgeous. It is a very open floor plan and we never felt like we were "on top of each other." The hot tub is wonderful and beautifully maintained. There is plenty of wood for the fireplace and it is an excellent location to hit the slopes or walk into town. The ease of communication with Ryan is a huge plus. This would be my first choice, if we returned to Breckenridge.

My friends and I rented this place for 4 nights. It couldn't have been more perfect. When we arrived, it was super clean and everything had been arranged in the most convenient way. The keys were all where they should be, the firewood was stacked for the fireplace, and the hot tub was ready for a nice soak. The cherry on top, however, was finding frosted glasses in the freezer for a nice cold beer after our long day on the slopes! What a great touch.

The place is HUGE and sleeps a ton of people comfortably. The location is excellent- we walked to town every night and walked to the slopes each morning quite easily. Also, Ryan was extremely helpful in telling us how to get there, open everything up, etc. Don't make a mistake and stay elsewhere... this is the spot to be.
