A short walk across the street, you will find a large pharmacy and a supermarket. It's also a short walk to Old Town Scottsdale with all the shopping you want at the Fashion Square Mall or trendy boutiques. Bicycles not permitted inside condo or balcony.

About Gayle Chong
I lived in the Scottsdale area for 13 years before returning to Canada to be near family. I currently live on Vancouver Island, British Columbia and much prefer the climate in Arizona, but this is where my family lives. I am from the province of Alberta and moved to Florida in 1988 where I spent 8 1/2 years before wanting a dryer climate in Arizona. I manage to get down to Scottsdale a couple times a year, when my condo is available.

What makes this Condo unique
I have spent many evenings sitting on the balcony enjoying the wonderful sunset while sipping red wine. The view in the morning is just as spectacular with Canadian ducks and geese (smart birds) grazing until the golfers get out on the course.

We had a great time
My wife and I rented this condo and it had everything we wanted or needed and more. The view overlooking the golf course was tranquil and relaxing. We used the walking path around the course for daily exercise. The proximity to downtown and Old Town Scottsdale is a real plus. We jammed so much in to every day. Thank you, Gayle, for making our stay so pleasant. Highly recommend!
I WOULD GLADLY RENT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN
THE LOCATION IS EASY TO GET TO AND HAS EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED WITHIN A SHORT WALKING DISTANCE. THE CONDO ITSELF HAS ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME AND MORE. I SLEPT LIKE A BABY FOR THE MONTH OF OUR STAY. THE VIEW FROM YOUR DECK OFF THE LIVING AREA IS SPECTACULAR, IT AFFORDS YOU GOLF COURSE VIEWS, CAMELBACK MOUNTAINS, AND WONDERFUL SUNSETS. BIKING, HIKING, JOGGING, AND GOLF ARE A STONES THROW AWAY. WHAT EVER YOUR PLEASURE YOU CAN FIND IT IN OLD TOWN, A SHORT WALK FROM THE CONDO. THE OWNER IS WAY MORE THAN ACCOMMODATING. SHE WAS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT OUR NEEDS. GAYLE WAS VERY EASY TO CONTACT BY PHONE AND E-MAIL. SHE IMMEDIATELY TOOK CARE OF WHAT EVER WE ASKED FOR. SHE WENT BEYOND PLEASANT. MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN COMING TO AZ. FOR THE LAST DOZEN YEARS OR SO AND THIS WAS THE MOST SATISFYING STAY WE HAVE EXPERIENCED.

With regard to the condo: Location, location, location. This condo is located on a golf course and has a great view of Camelback Mountain; which we hiked several times. Other hiking trails are located within a short distance of the condo and provide ample opportunity for exercise...with a view. The sunsets, as viewed from the condo's balcony, are spectacular. In addition, downtown Scottsdale, "Oldtown" and the shopping mall are all within walking distance. A grocery store and pharmacy are right across the street for added convenience. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.

In addition, the condo itself is well equipped and very tastefully decorated. A grocery store and pharmacy are right across the street for added convenience.
I would hesitate to rent this property again...soon.
Home Away From Home
This condo is located close to freeways, shops and entertainment. We enjoyed the view and privacy on the top floor. The sunny loft feels private and creates openness in the living area below. It is clean, organized and well equipped. The owner was pleasant and professional in all our dealings. We would love to return some day.
We have rented this condo in March and April for the past 3 years and this location is
central for all that is available in Scottsdale. March offers Cactus League Baseball and
you can see the lights from the Stadium from the Condo deck. Numerous restaurants, Old Town Scottsdale and the Fashion Shopping Mall are only a few blocks away. The pool area has large cushioned lounges and is kept very clean. The condo has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and the owner is very accommodating if you should have a problem. We enjoyed our stay and should we return to the Scottsdale area, we would not hesitate to rent this property again.
Close to great shopping and night life. Within walking distance to San Francisco Giants Training Facility. Pharmacy and grocery store across the street. Unit faces Continental Golf Course and Camelback Mountain. Two large heated pools and Spas.

Payment Terms - 50% due at time of booking reservation and the balance due 21 day prior to check-in. Rental rates are based on a 6 night / 7 day week.
