“Musician's Loft” is owned by one of Music City's local songwriters! It has a clean modern style and is fully renovated. It has beautiful black granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, bar seating for four, shimmering mosaic tile throughout that also carries into the beautiful bathroom, complete with plush towels. This Nashville Vacation Rental Loft has an atrium view from the family room (so it is very quiet), a flat screen TV, a sleek comfy leather couch that opens into a queen sleeper sofa. It has historic 100 year old exposed brick throughout. The one bedroom has a pillow-top bed and high thread count linens.

*This loft also comes with a dedicated secure WiFi and the option to rent a Parking Pass to park in the garage across the street!*

This Loft in The Quarters is AMAZINGLY quiet yet centrally located. The building is primarily occupied by full-time residents so you will feel right at home with the locals. The front lobby is locked at all times and has a convenient coded key pad to access the building; the Loft itself has a convenient coded entry as well. There are private coin operated washer and dryers in the building for use. The Quarters is not suitable for parties or events, as they would disrupt our neighbors however just outside the front door is more excitement than you could ask for!

About Playlist Properties

SAM COOPER- Over the decades, Sam has performed from coast to coast, in many styles and genres. As a resident of Nashville, TN, he often performs in songwriter settings there. As a vocalist, guitarist and bass player, Sam started performing professionally in the late 1960's. While still in Richmond, Sam played guitar behind both singer/songwriters Cleve Francis (also an accomplished producer/artist) and the late great Steve Yudowich from 1970 to 1971. After moving to New Jersey at the beginning of 1972, he performed (in chronological order) as a soloist and as a member of bands such as SOUTHBOUND, BONE DRY, TRICK ZIPPER, OPUS I, THE ACME BOOGIE COMPANY (which originally also included long-time friend Vini 'Mad Dog' Lopez, who was Bruce Springsteen's drummer from the 60's all the way through his second album on Columbia Records), DEUCE COUPE (with Lisa Martin), VINI LOPEZ AND THE DISCO REJECTS, THE MIGHTY ACCENTS, PHATMAN (featuring Slick Aguilar who is the long-time guitarist for Paul Kantner and Marty Balin, as well as a long-time member of JEFFERSON STARSHIP), MAJOR WOODY & THE SPLINTERS, THE SONNY PREWITT BAND and HEY! BETTY! Currently, he still occasionally performs at various locations in Nashville, TN, where he continues to share the stage with some of the top writers and recording artists. THE FUTURE--Sam's primary focus is behind the scenes as a songwriter, producer and musician. His work covers a lot of stylistic ground--classic rock, country, Americana, classic soul, rhythm & blues, funk, reggae, country rock, blues, straight-out rock & roll, southern rock, folk, heavy metal, jazz, & pop music. Besides writing and recording his own material, Sam collaborates with both established and rising artists/writers in production and songwriting. He's working with award-winning songwriter Chris Gantry on several projects as a co-writer and co-producer as well as working with other writers and performers, some well-established names & some still breaking through.

Why Playlist Properties chose Nashville

Sam married the love of his life, Dawn, in 2001. By previous marriages, he has 3 sons and she has 1. Sam had performed his original songs and cover tunes in bars, shows and for private engagements for decades, but it was Dawn who encouraged him to make the jump into the music 'industry'. In 2005, the plans formed and in 2006, he visited Nashville for the 1st time. He immediately realized that this was where he belonged. Within months, he was commuting back & forth between both homes, 2 weeks at a time. About three years later, it became a lopsided situation with most of his time spent in Nashville. In 2010, he officially became a resident of Nashville, originally in this loft, where he writes/produces music in several genres at his own and other various studios.

We loved the loft. Super clean and great location. Easy access. Our only disappoint came on the evening of our last sleep when at approximately 1 a.m., a very loud party occurred on what seemed to be the floor above us until 5 a.m,

Very clean, quiet spot in the heart of everything. It looks exactly as pictured. Comfortable bed and furniture and well equipped kitchen, although it could use a colander! We will stay again!

Reviewer Comments:

Very comfortable accommodations, perfect for two! Biggest surprise was the location - you are so close to everything on both 2nd Ave and Lower Broadway. We loved that we could walk to all of our favorite restaurants and honky thinks. It's our 4th time in Nashville and we've always stayed in hotels, but this is the way we'll go from now on. Have already recommended this location to several friends and family members.
