2BR+2BA 2-level condo of 1127 sq.f. is located on the 4th floor (elevator) of building 2 in the Beaver Run Resort complex at the base of Peak 9. Sleeps 8. Mountain and ski slope views. The unit is spacious. It comes with a wood fireplace (firewood is available at the front desk). The kitchen is fully-equipped, including oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, combination washer/dryer and all cooking/dining utensils. The bedrooms include a king bed in the master, log bunk bed (king+twin) and a twin sleeper chair in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Both bathrooms are equipped with jetted tubs. Both bedrooms and living area have a TV. Amenities at the site include common year-round 1 outdoor and 1 indoor pool, 6 hot tubs, on-site licensed child care and ski school, complementary ski storage locker (holds 4-6 pairs of skis), complementary in town shuttle service, 4 on-site restaurants, sauna and steam rooms, fitness room, outdoor tennis court, and an arcade with video games.

good location and well-equipped
condo is well-equipped and has a great location at the base of 9. My 3 20-year old sons and I rented over Christmas break and it worked out great for us. I recommend it.

The condo is neat, clean, well stocked with essentials and Galen is extremely accomodating.
We loved our time in Brekenridge and appreciated the clean and convenient condo to return to each evening. Galen was more than accomodating and available to answer all my questions in a timely manner. The condo is a bit darker and older than the picture shows, but the cleanliness goes a long way. Beaver Run itself needs to be updated/remodeled and spruced up!! It's dated and inconveniently laid out. Might be different for a winter visitor? We stayed in August.

A great place for families
The condo was nice and clean, my family enjoyed the resort. Would love to book again during the winter as this is an awesome location in regard to the peak 9 lift.
Nearby, on Peak 8, snowboarders are invited to jib with the pros at the Freeway Terrain Park. The park includes an 18.5 feet superpipe, an array of rails and boxes and a 1,250-watt DMX/DBS digital satellite sound system. During the summer Peak 8 has a fun park with an Alpine Slide, kid and adult zip lines, kid's waterless tube slide, kid's obstacle course, life size maze, bungee jump, kid's rock climbing, mini golf and single car roller coaster. In winter season, Peak 9 has a Gold King Terrain Park, where the kickers are smaller and the rails are wider. The resort runs a complimentary shuttle around the local area for guests' convenience.
