Upper Hall Court is located at 164 Hall Court, Stateline NV - in SouthTahoe. The location is a fast 1 mile (1 stop light) to the Local Casinos and a few more city blocks to the Stateline Casinos and Heavenly Village Outdoor Mall. Heavenly Valley Mall features the Heavenly Valley Ski Gondola, Ice Skating in the winter and mini golf in the summer, as well as live music.

Our Hall Court home has 2 baths, 3 bedrooms and sleeps 14. This is a non-smoking (outside smoking is permitted) and a pet-friendly home.

The bedrooms have King Beds that can split into 2 Twin Beds to suit your group's needs. Each bedroom also has a Flip Chair that converts into a Extra Long Twin Size Sleeper. This home sleeps 14 when including the 2 queen Futon style sofa beds located in the living room, and 4 Twin Flip Chairs

Upper Hall Court has a 2 car garage, 4 car level driveway and 3 Summer On Street parking spots.

Lower Hall Court is occupied and has it’s own driveway, garage and entrance and basically unseen from the upper level of the home.

The street has snow plow service that is VERY well maintained in the winter. We presently purchase seasonal snow removal service.

This is our first year as Vacation Renting. We live one mile from the property- most of the time. We enjoy skiing and creating memories with friends and family to laugh about in years to come.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, well organized and close to downtown Tahoe. The hosts had fantastic communication. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!! Definitely coming back!

My family and I stayed the weekend of 01/27 - 01/29 and we loved it. The house was spacious enough to fit all 12 of us without feeling cramped. I liked that there was a TV in every room with a Roku so everyone could watch what they wanted. The heater in the bathroom and kitchen floor was a really nice touch that I rarely see, especially the heated floor. There was nowhere you can go in the house where you would be cold when it's snowing outside. We were also super close to downtown. Literally just a 5 min drive and you're at the casinos.

One of the minor problems that we encountered during our stay was the internet speed, a lot of our devices were running really slow if at all, but it was nice because we had the family not distracted by phones and tablets and interacted with each other. I mentioned the issue to the owner, Karen, who was very apologetic and she even messaged me a couple days later after checking on everything with the routers and internet company which I thought was great over the top service. The only other issue was the parking, we had bigger trucks with us and since it has been snowing so much when they clean the driveway it creates a wall on the sides and we couldn't fit 2 trucks side by side. We had a WRX and Rav4 in the garage while the 2 trucks outside with one of them a little diagonal to make sure it wasn't in the street, but besides those 2 minor issues we really liked the house, owners were super nice, and we will definitely be back.

Yep after resetting the internet, everything has been running well. Thanks for letting us know. Slow internet on your computer or TV can be frustrating. We were so lucky to have gotten snow removable service for the first time this year. It has not snowed this much since we have had the home. You were the first guests to use the home with snow service and we did notice the narrowness of your driveway and adjustments needed also to the second drive way. Edwardo's guys have made the corrections and guest are able to park cars side by side AND open thier doors. (very important :O) Thanks again for your review. Great house great owners

Idk where to start. Karen was amazing she went above and beyond to make sure our family trip a good one. The house had everything we wanted and more. Big plus that it was a quick 5 min drive to the casino and heavenly. Will defínitely be looking at this house for the summer time. Thank you for everything Karen.

Great House for Gatherings

This was a great house for me and my friends. Everything was in excellent condition. We really enjoyed the poker table as well. There were 11 of us and everyone had a bed to sleep in and we were very comfortable. The house was supplied with everything you can possibly need to feel comfortable. The house was just down the street from the casinos and Gondola and the gorgeous Lake Tahoe. Also, Karen was a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating and helped me with any concerns I might have. I appreciated it as this was a trip we all will never forget. Thank you so much!

Fun Family Home

What a great family home for our family of six, plus dog! The home was very clean and well stocked, they even have folding beach chairs and ice chest. The owners were very accomadating, they even set up the garage with an inflatable bed and tv for the boys. Home was near the beach, hiking, shopping and casinos, yet still surrounded by trees. Thank you again, we will be back.
