First floor bedroom has queen bed and fully accessible bathroom. In addition, first floor bedroom has sitting room with twin bed and a living room with a pull out queen Second floor above kitchen bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed. The exterior was painted April of 2016 and the interior was repainted in 2015, there is a third floor deck that can accommodate 8 guest, The front porch has seating for 12 guest and there is seating in the back yard for 35, A storage shed is provide for bike storage and there is a charcoal and gas grill, The back yard is fenced in for privacy.

Very Close to Excellent

As the other reviewer mentioned, the location, the home and owner are amazing. The biggest reason I can't give the full five stars it that despite a hefty cleaning fee, the home was pretty dirty - particularly the ceiling fans and air conditioners being quite dusty. Even though it was after peak season, it was still warm, so they were all running hard and by the end of the first night several of us had sore throats/mild colds, and after the last night everyone had some form of cold/allergies going and a few of us are still sick a week later.

Other minor quibbles; wi-fi is a bit under-powered for a full house if everyone's online, though we used it as a trigger to go to the beach if it happened :) No paper products, including extra TP, on arrival.

Highlights of the home/location: very close to the beach, some great restaurants, and shopping - all walkable. Ample driveway, spacious rooms and individual A/C units so people could adjust as needed. Double dishwashers and sinks made cooking and cleaning up after a snap. Backyard is a nice extra bit of private space.

Historical Charming Victorian in perfect location

Excellent home, friendly helpful owner. Location can not be beat. 1/2 block from the mall and beach, restaurants abound as well as night clubs. Park the car upon arrival and leave it. Enjoy!
