Wonderful ski access and beautiful views of the slopes make this multi-level town home a great place to gather with friends and family for your Beaver Creek ski vacation. The bedrooms are on the lower levels so that guests can take full advantage of the views of Beaver Creek from the spacious great room, with vaulted ceilings and a large stone fireplace. Up half a flight of stairs is the warm, beautifully renovated kitchen and open dining room. Two bedrooms are down one level from the great room, each with a queen bed and updated adjoining bathrooms. Down another set of stairs to the entry level is the master suite, with king-sized bed, and lovely, renovated en suite bathroom. The lowest level of the home has an additional bedroom with two twin bunk beds and en suite bath. The bunk room is perfect for children and teenagers!

A den acts as a second living room or additional sleeping space, outfitted with a TV, game tables, queen sleeper-sofa and two twin mattresses on a loft. Outside the front door is a shared hot tub.

Ski access is a very short walk past the hot tub and along the tennis courts to the Highlands base area. You can also ski right back to the front of the home. Meadows Townhome guests enjoy year-round access to the outdoor pool and hot tubs at the Highlands Lodge, the outdoor pool, hot tubs and fitness center at the Allegria Spa at the Park Hyatt, and other East West Resorts amenities.

There is a free shuttle bus that will pick you up at the door and take you anywhere in the Beaver Creek area.

About Nea Barker

Steve and I (Nea) have been married for 33+ years. We live in Bermuda but have been traveling to the Vail Valley for its superior snow and amenities for 30 years. When our youngest was 1 we purchased our Meadows Town home because we could see that this was a perfect place to enjoy many family vacations. And we have! As one of the largest Meadows units we have been able to vacation with up to 2 other families. The many levels offer plenty of privacy and fun for adults, teenagers and children alike.

Being just a short walk to the beginner hill or skiway to the main chair means that all can come and go as they please.

We hope you will come and see for yourself what a perfect spot we have!

Why Nea Barker chose Northwest

When we purchased this property our children where 5, 3 and 1 and we thought it would be too big for us. Over the years we have had many memorable family and friend reunions. As our children entered their teenage years they where able to host friends and have their own space.

We are so close to the beginner hill that even when they where very young they could go out and do a few runs on Haymeadow while we had our last cup of coffee.

Now that our children are grown and can't always come we are enjoying traveling with other couples. Having two guest rooms with queen beds and en suite baths is perfect.

Meadows L4 is ideal for 3 couples with or without children. Children are accommodated in a bunk room with 4 beds and 2 beds on sleeping loft in the den.

What makes this townhome unique

The best things about L4 are its proximity to the hill, the many spaces to spread out, the views, the fireplace and the short walk to the wonderful village of Beaver Creek.

Notes:
Unit is ideally situated for skiing and right next to the tennis courts for summer stays. Meadows L4 is perfect for family vacations with plenty of room for the adults and children. When our 3 children were young we enjoyed many memorable vacations with 2 other couples and their children.

Spacious ski in condo

My family and I frequent this property because we love it! There is plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Very nicely decorated and comes with everything you need. You can walk right to the ski hill. Beaver Creek is a great mountain to ski or snowboard.

we had a terrific family vacation at Beaver Creek - it is an amazing place for a ski family. This place is located right on the hill, it's an easy walk to the beginner hill chair that takes you to the main part. Kitchen is very well set up and conducive to family meals, including a bar area to hang out, with dining room adjacent to the kitchen. Living room is very comfortable. There is an advantage in having rooms on separate levels in that kids can be far from noise when they are tired (our kids are 8 and 7). It might be more difficult with small babies or toddlers though. Car is not necessary, though useful - there is a shuttle that can take you anywhere on the property. We had a car, which was useful for getting groceries for example, or having a day off skiing and going for a drive.

Solid choice

Great location with good access to the mountain. Walk out ski in is an accurate description but I will say the walk is a breeze. Tons of space but be aware there are lots of steps. Great choice for round families but an elderly person might not like climbing stairs every time you change rooms.... Especially after skiing! All in a solid choice.

Perfect Place for a Ski Vacation

Highly recommended! The home is spacious, comfortable, well equipped, well kept and best of all right on the slopes. The views of the woods and slopes are beautiful.

It's the perfect place to convene with family and friends for skiing and relaxing. Literally ski in and/out; walk or grab a shuttle to the beautiful Beaver Creek Village; cook in the lovely kitchen and chill by the wood burning fire. There's even a hot tub for apres ski. I would definitely not hesitate to go back!

Beaver Creek is a wonderfully laid out family resort. There is plenty of terrain for all levels of skier. It is reputed to have the premier ski school in America and has an excellent children's program.

The lift ticket at Beaver Creek is also valid for Vail which is about 15 minutes away. A day shopping and dining in Vail is strongly recommended.

Other winter activities include cross country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, snowmobile and dog sled tours.
