Well-appointed tree house made for a delightful stay in Boulder
We had a wonderful month stay. Angela made everything super easy to check in and out. We had the upmost privacy and really felt at home. We appreciated the full kitchen and cooked many meals here. This is a full kitchen with everything you need. We appreciated Angela leaving us detergents, soaps, shampoos , etc. so we didn't need to make a target run for a few days. We used the Boulder bike system nearby to ride to the mall and pearl street. We hardly used the car, all we needed was close by. We hope to return next summer and would stay here again! Close to everything in Boulder....loved it.
The carriage house was perfect for our trip to Boulder. It was centrally located and was the perfect base for our adventures...CU, Estes Park, Chatauqua, Pearl street mall. Our hosts, Angela and Greg, were awesome. They were super responsive and very helpful. The space was perfect and cozy...we loved eating dessert on the outside balcony at the end of the day. A stroll around the neighborhood offers an awesome view of the Flatirons. We would definitely book again.
This place was perfectly located for ironman Boulder! Just about 15 mins away walking from the event and two streets from downtown. I did not need my car! Highly recommend!
Clean, modern, sunny loft
This is a beautiful space. As a loft over the garage, it's a quiet space off the alley with easy access and a parking space, if you need one. The apartment is well appointed, including a washer dryer.
With a short walk to the east end of Pearl St, the location is close to wonderful restaurants, while feeling very private. I had everything I needed.
There are windows on all sides so the space is sunny and welcoming.
I come to Boulder for a week at a time to work while visiting my daughter who works at CU. This apartment is perfect for this type of visit to Boulder.
