About Deborah Carter
We first visited the Virgin Islands with our Friends, Phil and Angela Carson (owners of E206) on an anniversary trip in 2011. We fell in love with Sapphire Beach and the US and British Virgin Islands! We live in South Dakota, and we love to get away from the cold weather whenever possible. We love the islands, and we hope that you will enjoy our piece of paradise!

Everything was perfect. Easy booking, great communication, and easy instructions for checking in. The condo was comfortable, and decorated nicely.. We will definitely be staying again at this location in the future.
Lovely, comfortable, well appointed condo
We thoroughly enjoyed spending a week at Deb's condo. She was extremely responsive, thoughtful, and generous in her communication before we arrived. This was our second visit to Sapphire Beach and we found Sail Away to be even better than our stay last year (in a different unit). The living room and patio furniture were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked to cook full meals, and the entire condo exuded a relaxing atmosphere. The views from the patio were amazing! The beach chairs and towels were perfect for our excursions to St. John. We eagerly anticipate returning to Sail Away on our next visit to St. Thomas. Thank you for everything, Deb!

Perfect view of St John and British Virgins. Right on the beach. Crystal blue waters. Minutes from ferry to St John. Sapphire Beach most beautiful beach on St Thomas. Beautifully decorated with a very comfortable King bed. What more could you ask for? I am always sad to leave 😞
Clean, great view
Although Izzy's is still closed, the property is in a great location and the view is amazing. The condo was clean and well taken care of.
Sail Away is so beachy cute, very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. The views are fantastic from this location and the sunrises are to die for. Not a big deal at all we had one small hiccup with the AC (filter change needed) and I only mention this due to the great service response we received. There was someone at the unit literally within minutes taking care of it. Deb was great to work with and would definitely recommend the unit to others. Thanks for best vaca ever!

My wife and I had a wonderful time in St Thomas at this property. The islands are still recovering from the storms that hit them a while back, but you can find enough to do to keep you interest and relax. The condo is kept up very well, and while the property is a little older than one who has never been here might expect, it is in great condition. And the location cannot be beat! Saphire beach is literally just feet from your door! Communication throughout the process was excellent. Deb sent us information about the island, made sure we had everything we needed including a local contact. Would (and will) go back in a heartbeat.

We are located close to Red Hook, where the ferries leave for St John and the British Virgin Islands. This is a great location for island hopping!
Additional information about rental rates
Standard rental agreement contract must be executed within 5 days of booking request. 50% of rental fees must be paid within 5 days of booking request. Refundable $250 security/damage deposit be paid within 5 days of booking request. Balance of rental fees (other 50%) due in full 45 days prior to arrival at property. Payments are accepted via Credit Card or debit card. 10% USVI Taxes must be applied to all bookings. End-of-stay cleaning fee is based on # of guests occupying the unit and must be applied to all bookings. End-of-stay cleaning fee is $110.00 when 1-2 guests occupy the unit. End-of-stay cleaning fee is $120.00 when 3 guests occupy the unit. End-of-stay cleaning fee is $150 when 4 guests (2 adults + 2 children age 12 or younger) occupy the unit. Daily maid services or mid-stay cleanings (with towel & linen change service) are available for an additional $50 fee. Extra Guest Fee of $10 per person per night will be applied for Guest #3 and Guest #4.
