A Beautiful Location surrounded by snowy pines in winter and Aspens trees for Summer.. Away from the hustle and bustle of Main Street, but still within a short walk to the Village,( 20 minutes) just 75 feet from the free shuttle, (yellow line) and your choice of Eagle Lodge-Juniper Springs (12 min walk) or Canyon Lodge less than a mile away for ski run access. Mammoth Brewery a 10 minute walk. Out back Views of Pyramid Mountain and adjoining range with Mammoth Mountain views of Daves run and Chair 22. from the Family Room . Back Deck off the living room feels like your living in a tree house and is a great area to enjoy the BBQ , views, conversation. and relaxation and the fire pit. Private deck off Master bedroom.

The House is ideally situated on a Private Cul De Sac street (great for kids) with plenty of parking and space to play in the snow and build your very own snowman or play summer games.. Enjoy the snow covered pines in winter and the cottonwood trees for Fall colors that surround this house. Not surrounded by other houses. Only five single family homes( no condos) on this long street. Enjoy a 55 inch Big Screen with WiFi, Soundbar, and Netflix, in living room, with a 32 inch Led TV in Kids BR/Play room with XBox 360 plus games and 50 inch LCD TV in Master Br. Fireplace for additional warmth, and plenty of Board Games for adults and kids. Fully stocked kitchen and the Dining Table will sit 9 -10 persons (including the window seat) as well as counter bar sitting for 3 more. Bed configurations is Cal- King in roomy Master Br1, Queen in br2, two full bunk beds with a twin trundle in Br3 , and three twins with full bed/futon seat in BR 4. Parking for one car in garage with storage of ski gear in other garage location. Large Deck out back allows for great BBQ and relaxation among the pines and stars and enjoy the new fire pit. Hiking and bike trails out your front door that lead to Twin lakes/Lake Mary and beyond so fishing is just up the street. There are five bikes for your riding pleasure as well for the summer.

There are tools available for ski/snowboard repair and tune-up as well as a sleds for the kids and bicycles in the summer. Two car garage allows for stowing of equipment and parking for one car. Plenty of Private parking out front of the house as well.

We have local management, should issues arise and the availability to offer daily maid service, door step ski rental delivery, babysitting, gourmet restaurant food delivery, grocery delivery. Tax ID 7435

Location, Location , we are on a private Cul De Sac street, , with hiking trails lakes , ski lifts , the Village and tram close by. No hassle parking, plenty of room for kids to play, build you favorite snowman. All 5 homes are single family. Back deck feels like you in a tree house. Views of Mammoth Mountain. See Daves Run and Chair 22 out of family room window. Also views of the Sherwins, pyramid peak and tops of snowey trees. Large deck for BBQ ing ,relaxation and fire pit.

What makes this house unique

Pretty much summed it up -location and house amenities. Why, easy parking in Winter or summer. Do not like to drive so can walk to Village via lakeview Bld, through the Westin Lobby down the steps to the Village. Great picture window and large outdoor deck. 15 minute walk to Eagles nest/Juniper Lodge, hop on Lake Mary Road to enjoy skiing, hiking , biking, fishing, Paddle Board or Kayak.

Wonderful home close to the slopes

Stayed here for 2 nights. Steve was easy to work with. He was very responsive and provided lots of information prior to our arrival. Home was very close to the slopes, the yellow line stop is very close to the home. It was a perfect location for my family. Definitely recommend this home to those looking for a place to stay near the mountain for skiing and snowboarding.

Great Mammoth stay

We had an awesome summer stay here. The house was clean, comfortably slept 10 adults, had a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of parking, a sizable garage, and a great deck for BBQing. Steve was super helpful and responsive as well!

Great property for families with kids. Amazing views. 10 minute walk to village and restaurants

We went there wth two families and 5 kids right after New Years. They loved it. Lots of space outside for kids to play with snow. Very convenient specially if you have toddlers. Views are incredible. Very relaxing place.

A great white Christmas!

My family loved the place very much. We have 8 adults and 2 kids and the house was just perfect for us. The house and the views are better than the pictures. The kid loved to play with the snow which was right outside of the cabin. We had so much spaces for everyone( We did not even use all the beds). It is close to everything and the views are just beautiful. The host was very informative about the location and what to do nearby. My family now wants to come back for the summer to do fishing and summer activities.

Great Location and Powder Skiing Paradise

We had an excellent stay at the house! The house accomodations was just right for our group (12). It was spacious. Great location, close to everything! The house is well appointed with most everything. We loved the access to Netflix in the Living room. The week we were there it snowed 4-6' and we had the best skiing experience. The property owner was a pleasure to work with! we will definitely rent again!

Great location for summer and winter, we are on a private street (only five homes) we are end of the Cul De Sac, (no outlet) so plenty of room for kids to play and parking is not a hassle.. Yellow Tram stop is 100 feet away, and you can travel to Juniper / Eagle Lodge . If you do not want to drive you can walk to the village via Lakeview Road through the Westin Lobby Down the Steps-- (15 to 20 minutes) Cross Country skiing , hiking and biking off Lake Mary Road Trail. , to Twin Lakes and Lake Mary as well as other Lakes you are interested in. Canyon Lodge is also less than one mile away. Plenty of yard to build the best snowman. Tax ID 7435
