A complete renovation was recently completed on this wonderful family getaway. The owners have designed this unit for family convenience maximizing occupancy and comfort.

There are 3 bedrooms, two lofts, and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has it's own TV complete with a Google Chromecast so everyone can enjoy their favorite Netflix show.

The large master bedroom on the first level sleeps 2 and has a queen size bed, a 32 inch TV, cable, and a direct door into the first level bathroom.

The upstairs 2nd bedroom sleeps 2 and has a queen size bed, a 32 inch TV, DVD Player, and a direct door into the upstairs bathroom.

There is also a kid's room upstairs with a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and twin mattress on the top. Three adults or teens can sleep comfortably in this room. The room also has a loft with a queen air mattress that your kids will love to hang out in (recommended for children age 8 and over). This kid's room can accommodate 3 people on the bunk bed and another 2 smaller children in the loft. This room also has an XBox 360 with 2 controllers! Make sure you pack your favorite games.

There is a loft above the kitchen with a day bed that sleeps 1 and pull-out trundle bed that sleeps 1. The loft is open and looks over the main living area.

Every bedroom has been renovated with new paint, new beds, new mattresses, pillows, and bedding. Each bathroom has been updated including new towels.

The living room is setup for the family to hang out and have fun enjoying board games, watching cable TV, playing the Wii console, or enjoying a show on Google Chromecast. Stay connected with the free WIFI and phone (land line) with free calls within the U.S. After a long day skiing or a cool rainy day, you can enjoy the ambiance and romance of the wood-burning stove.

Like to save money by cooking the family some meals? This remodeled kitchen has everything you need including a microwave, griddle, Ninja Master, coffee maker, spices, flour & sugar, cooking oils, crock pot, etc. The owners love to cook and have made sure all your cooking needs are met. The kitchen boasts a rustic, handcrafted wine rack where you'll find a complimentary bottle of wine. All the dishes, silverware, utensils, pots & pans, glasses, and cups are new.

Don't like to pack lots of clothes? You don't need to because this unit has a complete laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants, shops, lakes, and a recreation center.

This is the perfect family getaway for skiing/riding at Wolf Creek. There's plenty of room for your skis and boards in the condo. Wolf Creek Ski Area is only 20 miles away! After a long day skiing you can soak in the local hot springs or head over to the Pagosa Lakes recreation center exclusive to guests of area properties where you can swim and soak in the hot tub for a nominal fee.

We are Colorado natives who've spent three years living in Germany in the U.S. Army, 2 years in Utah, and the remainder of our time in Northern Colorado. We have four grown children and two grandchildren. We cherish our family and set out to create the perfect family getaway in an amazing Colorado paradise. We both went to college in the area, one to Fort Lewis and the other to Adams State in the early 80's. We've been vacationing in the Pagosa Springs area since the mid 1980's. With each year we've become more and more addicted to it's charm, activities, and unmatched beauty. We simply love the area and hope to spend more time in Pagosa Springs.

We looked at several properties in Pagosa Springs. We fell in love with this condo when we walked through the door. It's in a great location, has lots of living space and ample storage. We were excited about the opportunity to transform it into our perfect getaway and we hope yours.

Great condo!

Really happy with the property overall! It was a great location, perfectly located near several different restaurants and bars. The condo was very clean and comfortable, in a nice part of town and had everything you could possibly need! Definitely will stay here again!

Exactly as pictured--lovely place, lots of room & fun activities!

Wonderful place! Lots of space and activities for all--tennis, putt putt, fishing, wii, board games, books... The kitchen was well stocked and it was great to be able to use condiments, etc. The owners were really accommodating for our large group and great to work with. Promptly answered all of our questions. Look forward to staying again!

Very adaptable!!

Our second year to stay at this property! It is a very nice, clean place, with everything one could want! We were there 3 1/2 weeks with family joining us for a week at the beginning and then another part of the family again at the end! We especially love the shower with the pressure and unlimited hot water, GREAT!! The kids especially love all the things to do in the area! We hope to stay here again next year!!

Wolf Creek Ski area is 20 miles away and boasts the most snow for Colorado ski areas. Pagosa Springs has lots of amazing locally owned shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. You won't want to miss a dip in the local hot springs located downtown. If you want to venture outside Pagosa Springs, there are many incredible places to see; Durango 1 hour, Great Sand Dunes 2 hours, Four Corners Monument 2.5 hours, Taos, NM 3 hours, Telluride 3.25 hours and Creede (Movie location for latest Lone Ranger movie) 1.25 hours. For the train enthusiasts, you have your choice of 3 adventures; the Rio Grand - Alamosa to Le Veta, the Cumbres & Toltec - Chama, NM to Antonito, CO, and the Durango & Silverton - Durango to Silverton. If gambling's your thing, you'll have many choices with the closest casino located in Ignacio 48 miles away and the next one in Dulce, NM 52 minutes away. Pagosa Springs is a mecca for the the outdoor enthusiast offering hiking, fishing, hunting, skiing, cross country skiing, snowboarding and snow shoeing. A best kept secret and local favorite summer activity is inner tubing through the downtown on the San Juan river where you'll come across warm natural springs flowing into the river.
