This condominium at the Peak 9 Inn in the Village at Breckenridge is in a prime location, with ski slopes and the Quicksilver Ski Lift out the back door, and the Town of Breckenridge out the front door. You’ll experience the Village Plaza, with an outdoor heated fire pit, restaurants, and shops just steps away. The Village at Breckenridge has been a top location for many years.

This 5-Star condominium has great amenities located right in your building! Among the amenities are covered parking, a business center, heated indoor and outdoor pools, 4 hot tubs, and a cool fitness center with treadmills, weights, and other equipment. In addition, there is a full ski shop on the second floor near the convention center, where you can rent the best equipment and purchase ski supplies and clothing.

This condo is on the sixth of seven floors. A card key to operate the elevator secures the building, and the property is occupied with staff 24 hours a day. This condo overlooks the Peak 10, 9 and 8 ski areas, and you will wake up to magnificent mountain and ski-slope views. There is no place like Peak 9 for the best location to ski and enjoy downtown Breckenridge at a great price! This is a find!

Condo Benefits: The minute you step inside, you will see a wall of windows that opens to the best Rocky Mountain view ever! There is plenty of storage for your clothes and for your belongings. You’ll enjoy the new king size bed, High Def LED TV, digital channels, wireless Internet, DVD player, and a pillow-top bed to sink into after an exciting day! There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

In the closet there is iron, ironing board, humidifier, fan, and ski storage. The bathroom is configured as 3 rooms. There is a tub/shower room with a warming lamp with a thermostatic valve. Set your favorite temperature once and forget about it! The second room has two sinks, drawers for your bath needs, a lighted magnifying mirror, and a hair dryer. Lastly is a commode room with a fan timer and adjustable lighting.

The kitchen was remodeled and is new. There are stainless steel appliances, maple cabinets, and slab granite counter tops, and stocked with all cookware, glasses, and utensils to make your stay worry-free. There is also a toaster, coffee maker, blender, full-size oven and refrigerator with ice-maker. The dishwasher is so quiet, you won’t hear it run!

Great Place!!!

We have been coming to Breck for over 15 years every winter. Hands down this was our favorite condo to stay. The view is incredible. We were there for New Years Eve and viewed the fireworks from our window. Location is great, especially since our daughter was in ski school, it was a very short walk to the village ski school. We could even see her from our window when we came in for lunch one day. The condo was WELL stocked. Even though we go out mostly, we cooked breakfast and I made chili for a lunch and dinner. All the spices I needed were there. Saves on all the little extra expenses. Coffee was great too! Chuck was very easy to work with. Great communication. We took a shuttle this time from Denver since the cost of renting a SUV was so expensive this year. The shuttle from the airport dropped us off and picked us up right at the front of our building. The condo was walking distance to pretty much everything. We WILL be staying here next year!!!! Can't wait to reserve.

Our family rented this condo again for a week in early December. This was our second time renting from Chuck. We have rented numerous condos in Breck, and we finally stumbled upon this gem several years ago. You just can't beat the location or the view.

Condo provides everything you could possibly need.

We will return.

Beautiful place with great ammenities!

Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with plates, bowls, cups, silverware and pots. The pool and hot tubs were fantastic and our son loved them. Everything was very comfortable and walking distance to main street Breckenridge. Loved this place and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience staying at the condo.

Condo was very cozy and made a perfect place to stay for our honeymoon in Breckinridge. Even though it was off season and the building was under construction, we had an excellent vacation with the help of the great staff. Hugh was very friendly and very helpful helping us keep our day filled with enjoyable things to do while in Breckinridge. Great condo with beautiful views

My husband and I booked this condo for a weekend anniversary trip and we were very happy with the condo and plan on going back. It was just the right size for two people, had a very nice kitchen and bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable. I'm very picky with cleanliness and was pleased with the upkeep of the condo. I did feel the kitchen appliances and faucets could use a good scrub, but nothing that was terrible. The condo was very well insulated and stayed extremely warm inside, which may be great for the winter but too hot for the beautiful fall temperatures in Breckenridge. There were two fans in the closet that we placed by open windows that pulled in the cool mountain air and the condo cooled down nicely for sleeping. The location was perfect - right next to the main street and we walked everywhere. Great hiking, restaurants and shopping right outside our doorstep. I would recommend this condo to my family and friends and will definitely stay here again.
