This condominium at the Peak 9 Inn in the Village at Breckenridge is in a prime location, with ski slopes and the Quicksilver Ski Lift out the back door, and the Town of Breckenridge out the front door. You’ll experience the Village Plaza, with summer and winter events, restaurants, and shops just steps away. The Village at Breckenridge has been the top Breckenridge location for many years.
This 5-Star condominium has great amenities located right in your building! Among the amenities are covered and heated parking, a business center, heated indoor and outdoor pools, 4 hot tubs, and a cool fitness center with treadmills, weights, and other equipment. In addition, there is a full ski shop on the second floor near the convention center, where you can rent the best equipment and purchase ski supplies and clothing.
This condo is on the sixth of seven floors. A card key to operate the elevator secures the building, and the property is occupied with staff 24 hours a day. This condo overlooks the Peak 10, 9 and 8 ski areas, and you will wake up to magnificent mountain and ski-slope views. There is no place like Peak 9 for the best location to ski and enjoy downtown Breckenridge at a great price! This is a find!
Condo Benefits: The minute you step inside, you will see a wall of windows that opens to the best Rocky Mountain view ever! There is plenty of storage for your clothes and for your belongings. You’ll enjoy the king size bed, High Def LED TV, digital channels, free wireless Internet, DVD player, and a pillow-top bed to sink into after an exciting day! There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
In the closet there is iron, ironing board, humidifier, fan, and ski storage. The bathroom is configured as 3 rooms. There is a tub/shower room with a warming lamp with a thermostatic valve. Set your favorite temperature once and forget about it! The second room has two sinks, drawers for your bath needs, a lighted magnifying mirror, and a hair dryer. Lastly is a commode room with a fan timer and adjustable lighting.
The kitchen is remodeled, fully equipped and nice. There are stainless steel appliances, maple cabinets, and slab granite counter tops, and stocked with all cookware, glasses, and utensils to make your stay worry-free. There is also a toaster, coffee maker, blender, full-size oven and refrigerator with ice-maker. The dishwasher is so quiet, you won’t hear it run!

KING BED! Location is the best in town. Views are unsurpassed and just gorgeous. NO JUNK FEES! I don't charge excessive cleaning fees, there are no owner or managers fees, no insurance fees either. The only fee you pay is the HOA parking fee if you bring a car. Many units in the building overlook roads or other buildings. Your condo views the ski slopes, mountain views and beautiful sunsets. This condo is very special.

Absolutely wonderful place with great views and convenient location.
Beautiful condo with enough room for our family of 4. The pool and hot tubs were fun and relaxing, especially after a day of skiing/snowboarding. It was nice to be able to walk to the stores and restaraunts. And the view from the room was absolutely amazing! Chuck was easy to work with and promptly responded to any questions we had. We will certainly choose this condo the next time we visit Breckenridge.

Additional information about rental rates
Rates change in Spring, Summer and Fall PARKING FEE is $19/night November thru April. May and October: $5/night, June-Sept $10/night. Don't pay elevated cleaning, managers, owners, or insurance fees! These are junk fees that increase the cost of your vacation!
