This condominium at the Peak 9 Inn in the Village at Breckenridge is in a prime location, with ski slopes and the Quicksilver Ski Lift out the back door, and the Town of Breckenridge out the front door. You’ll experience the Village Plaza, with summer and winter events, restaurants, and shops just steps away. The Village at Breckenridge has been the top Breckenridge location for many years.

This 5-Star condominium has great amenities located right in your building! Among the amenities are covered and heated parking, a business center, heated indoor and outdoor pools, 4 hot tubs, and a cool fitness center with treadmills, weights, and other equipment. In addition, there is a full ski shop on the second floor near the convention center, where you can rent the best equipment and purchase ski supplies and clothing.

This condo is on the sixth of seven floors. A card key to operate the elevator secures the building, and the property is occupied with staff 24 hours a day. This condo overlooks the Peak 10, 9 and 8 ski areas, and you will wake up to magnificent mountain and ski-slope views. There is no place like Peak 9 for the best location to ski and enjoy downtown Breckenridge at a great price! This is a find!

Condo Benefits: The minute you step inside, you will see a wall of windows that opens to the best Rocky Mountain view ever! There is plenty of storage for your clothes and for your belongings. You’ll enjoy the king size bed, High Def LED TV, digital channels, free wireless Internet, DVD player, and a pillow-top bed to sink into after an exciting day! There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

In the closet there is iron, ironing board, humidifier, fan, and ski storage. The bathroom is configured as 3 rooms. There is a tub/shower room with a warming lamp with a thermostatic valve. Set your favorite temperature once and forget about it! The second room has two sinks, drawers for your bath needs, a lighted magnifying mirror, and a hair dryer. Lastly is a commode room with a fan timer and adjustable lighting.

The kitchen is remodeled, fully equipped and nice. There are stainless steel appliances, maple cabinets, and slab granite counter tops, and stocked with all cookware, glasses, and utensils to make your stay worry-free. There is also a toaster, coffee maker, blender, full-size oven and refrigerator with ice-maker. The dishwasher is so quiet, you won’t hear it run!

Many units in the building overlook roads or other buildings. Your condo views the ski slopes, mountain views and beautiful sunsets. This condo is very special.

Nice Stay

Overall, the condo is nice and compact. It is a comfortable place for a small family. The condo is also very conveniently located for Peak 8 attractions. The only issues that came up pertained to the inability to control the temperature in the room and the outside noise from people coming back from the bars at 2:00am. We did turn the thermostat down in the unit, but we ended up having to open 2 windows to bring the temperature in the room below 70 degrees. Otherwise, we found the condo to be a great location and in good shape.

Our stay could not have been better!

We arrived the day after Christmas and left New Years Eve day. The view from the window is breath taking. We watched every morning the grooming of the mountains in the darkness with coffee in hand. Of course we are early risers. The weather was full of sun each day of our stay. You ride down the elevator - walk out the entrance - up a ramp - and you are within steps of the Quicksilver lift at Peak 9. A true ski in and ski out. The unit itself was perfect for the two of us. When we weren't skiing we could watch all the activity from our window. And of course the town of Breckenridge is just wonderful. We spent a lot of time just going from shop to shop. We actually only ate breakfast in the unit with all other meals in town - which by the way is within walking distance. The owner gave us great instructions and we just followed them to a tee. Didn't need to reach out to him at all. We keep our own home temperature during the winter at 63 degrees - we just like it cold. We ended up opening the windows a bit to let some cool air in (the sun was out in full each day and the temperatures were in the 40's). I would highly recommend this unit for a couple - it was clean and had everything you would want. The folks at the reception area of the building were always helpful with any questions you might have and always did it with a smile!

Beautiful View Close to lifts

Beautiful View in a cozy room that is conveniently located close to lifts and to Main Street. Chuck was helpful and very generous. The only complaint I have is that the Bed is a little worn out other than the middle of it. Also the blinds don't let you sleep in late as the sun comes threw and can wake you up early everyday in the winter. Its a nice view to wake up to but when you want to sleep in after a long day to snowboarding its ruins it. Hopefully they get better blinds and a better bed but besides this you cant stay in a better place that's cozy and beautiful view
