About Gene Neiges
In 1999 we moved to Westcliffe from New York to provide our daughter the experience to grow up in rural America. Being avid skiers we enjoyed the short commute to Monarch and participated in many community activities in Westcliffe from joining the Rotary Club to being an active member in the community theatre group. Today we live in Denver. We hope that you enjoy our home as much as we !
Gene Neiges purchased this House in 1996
Why Gene Neiges chose Westcliffe
We selected this property because of its 360 degree views that people seek when considering southwestern vistas. Ten acres and rock outcroppings to explore on foot. Our home is perched on its own knoll, with complete privacy and an abundance of wildlife along with quick access to a paved road.

Cozy and spacious home for a mountain retreat!
We used this home as a planning retreat for our non-profit team. The home was perfect for what we needed! We spent most of our time indoors, in the large living room planning and staying warm and then venturing outside to the deck for some sunshine, and to see the stars at night. The home was in excellent condition and is clearly well maintained. We enjoyed having such a large kitchen to work with, sometimes we spent hours in the kitchen, cooking and chatting.
We adored our time at this stunning mountain home.
A nice home is half the equation; it also requires great guests and you made the outcome perfect!
Great cabin for family! Beautiful views from the deck. 5 star experience⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
3rd visit to Surveyor's Peak
This was our 3rd visit to Surveyor's Peak. Love the area and the view from the house is truly amazing! House is large and each bedroom has its own bathroom which is definitely a plus! The owner and the property manager are both great to work with. We plan on returning.
Outstanding place. Incredible views!
Beautiful property, well appointed
Had a great time here... very good views, and a nice location not too far from Westcliffe. Kitchen was very well equipped compared to other rentals we have had in the past, which was nice.
Beautiful home and views!
Our family of 8 loved it! Kids aged 18 to 10 and we had plenty of room to eat, hang out and sleep. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience the high life in Colorado!
