About the owner: We moved to Westcliffe from New York to provide our daughter the experience to grow up in rural America. Being avid skiers we enjoyed the short commute to Monarch and participated in many community activities in Westcliffe from joining the Rotary Club to being an active member in the community theatre group. Today we live in Denver where we work in both real estate and in the kitchen and bath industry. We hope you enjoy our home as we do!
Why the Owner Chose Westcliffe, Colorado, United States of America:
We selected this property because of its 360 degree views that people seek when considering southwestern vistas. Ten acres and rock outcroppings to explore on foot. Our home is perched on its own knoll, with complete privacy and an abundance of wildlife along with quick access to a paved road.
