This was a very nice home and neighborhood...we enjoyed our stay and all the neighbors were very friendly...Victoria took care of all of our needs graciously...
The quality of the sheets, towels and duvets was old and smelly.
We were denied access to the property and had to wait because the administrator was not aware. The freezer didn´t work well, also the bathroom at night smellled bad.
The property is beautiful, cozy makes you feel right at home
Loved the home the property is very well maintained has all the amenities and love the decorations it's a great place to stay.
This is a very well maintained property that is located in a secure community. The community is very quiet and filled with both Mexican, Canadian, and American families. The pool and grounds surrounding it are well groomed. All of the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed, and most importantly it's nice and clean. The property manager lives across the street and is readily available to assist as needed. If we return to Mazatlan this is where I would book again without hesitation.
Great townhouse! Loved it! Everything from furnishing and decor is wonderful
Beautiful townhouse and we enjoyed it the full 5 months. It is well furnished and gardens are lovely. They is an outdoor kitchen and a blooming banana tree. It is about a 10 min walk to the Ocean and a 3 min walk to the pool. We would recommend d this townhouse to all types of families. If anything does go wrong Antonio is just across the street and he had it fixed quickly.
Mazatlan is an old port city with a historic center, a lively Machado, or central square ringed by restaurants, with a grand old theater, many art and craft galleries, and a large market. The sea port has an active fishery with plenty of excellent fresh fish, shrimp and other seafood available from street vendors and many good restaurants. The 'golden zone' or Zona Dorada, is the more typical touristic area of Mazatlan with beach activities, catamaran rentals, parasailing, a wide range of shopping, night clubs, and restaurants to suit all tastes.Villa Marina is at the north end, with long stretches of beautiful beach, a surfing beach at one end, Playa Bruja, with a a coffee shop/breakfast place, restaurants and craft shops a 1/2 km from the beach.Other activities near-by include zip-lining, a visit to a Tequila factory, numerous golf courses, parasailing, riding on the beach, and visits to interesting local villages.
