This Ocean front Condo is part of a fourplex all owned by the same owners who take pride in their building. This condo can be combined with 3683 Ocean Front Walk to make a larger unit with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms if desired, and can also be combined with 3677, and 3681 Ocean front Walk to accommodate 22 people total (see VRBO listiings 511938-whole building, and 511939, 511941, and 511942)

This unit is furnished for your comfort and beach enjoyment and has wireless internet so you can always be connected.

3679 Ocean Front Walk is close enough to walk to many local restaurants but far enough to be free from the extra noise.

About Paula Christensen

We have always loved the San Diego area and the Mission Beach area in particular. When we sold our farm we were finally able to afford to buy the four plex known as Casa de la Playa.

Why Paula Christensen chose San Diego County

We traveled to this area frequently for work, and when we had the opportunity to buy Casa de la Playa, we finally were able to own a 'place on the sand'.

We have enjoyed making it the 'beach home' that we love to stay in as well as hopefully a good vacation destination for you.

What makes this condo unique

The unique benefit to staying here at Casa de la Playa is the fact that all four units are decorated and have the same amenities. You can be sure that if you stay in Casa de la Playa, you will get a good value for your vacation dollar and you can be assured that the owners will try to keep everything working properly for your stay at the beach.

The condo also has a numeric keyless entry door that allows you to have a unique, time-sensitive code that will not allow any other to enter your condo for the duration of your stay. The code is issued for your stay in your unit only, and will not work for any other units or guests, unless you share it.

Wonderful place for a family vacation

Every year, for the past several years, my entire family and I spend a week long family vacation in the top two units at this location. We love it. We hope to continue to vacation there for the next several years.

The units are spacious and clean and have everything we need to enjoy our stay. The units have an amazing view of the beach and ocean. The roof access has a beautiful view as well, and we make sure we're always up there at the end of the day to enjoy the sunset. It also has plenty of chairs and tables to accommodate a large family along with two grills.

Our grade school aged children have an absolute blast. The beach is only a ten second walk across the boardwalk. There are several restaurants and specialty shops within walking distance.

We love this place, it has allowed us to create great memories that we will cherish forever. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a wonderful place to spend a family vacation.

We love repeat guests, and offer a conditional multiple unit booking discount (if all items are replaced back into original condos at the end of the stay!). We also allow returning guests a month to RE book the unit for next year before we open the units up to general booking for everyone about 11 months in advance. comfortable and convenient location

Loved the roof top deck and the king bed was very comfortable. Loved being up 1 floor to look out and over the busy walkway.

We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay at the beach. Great location right in the middle of boardwalk. Beautiful views right outside of slider and rooftop .

Excellent Ocean Front View

Our week-long Thangsgiving week visit was made complete with this property. Clean, comfortable, well stocked with linens/cookware/dishes, and very convenient location. The rooftop deck is great for soaking up SoCal sun. The patio was perfect for morning coffee. Highly recommended.

The condominium is close to bus lines making a car not a necessity. Learn to surf, look for shells, or just enjoy people watching from your patio or the roof top deck. Check in time is 3:00PM, and checkout time is 10:00AM, to allow the housekeepers adequate time to thoroughly clean the unit so you can have a great vacation.
