Best location in the building as it has a window as well as a slider door facing sw so super views and sun! Being an end unit away from the street keeps it a pretty peaceful spot as well. Older building but we have been remodeling our condo:) Stylish, clean sunny 1 Bedroom with comfortable queen bed (comfy duvet set for bed) and pullout sofa bed in living room with brand new flooring, furniture, kitchen etc... Has kitchen, fireplace, cable, WiFi, underground heated parking, great views and awesome location!!! This unit is all you need to enjoy the many amazing attributes of Breckenridge! Walk out the front door and choose from all the great restaurants, bars and many activities available within a mile radius. The quicksilver super 6 lift is a 10 minute walk!! Small organic grocery store and liquor store across the street. Park your car and start your vacation now!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It's literally half a block off Main Street, walking distance to the lifts and many awesome restaurants, bars and shops.

The condo itself is updated, comfortable and well laid-out, with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Nice big Roku TV, fireplace with free firewood and top-notch local skiing recommendations from Michelle. She was also super friendly and responsive to all of our questions. Thank you for a great stay!!

Couldn't have been any better. Owner was very communicative and flexible. It would be a tight place for 4 folks, but you could do it. Definitely would stay here again.

Loved the location!

The condo has everything you need and is just as described. Everything has been updated in the condo except the bathroom and shower. There's lots of storage space: under the bed, next to the sink, or the hooks for jackets right as you walk in. The bed was too soft for my liking but aside from that my family enjoyed staying here. You can't beat the location. The quicksilver is a 10 minute walk. The BreckConnect is a 10-15min ride on the trolley. We didn't have to drive anywhere! Lastly Michelle was very quick to respond and answer any questions.

Nice small unit for 3-4, steps away from free ski shuttle, grocery, brewery, main street, and all.

Nice condo in an older, center of Breck residential complex. Owners take care of and are updating the unit to a simple living format. Grocery, Breck Brewery, restaurants and shops are steps away and the free ski shuttle is a 3 min walk to French Street. Little need to drive your own car or even have one! Owners are prompt in responding to the renters and managing the unit. Great value in the center of town, especially for those who take advantage of all there is to do in Breck and Summit County, winter and summer!

Perfect for our family of 3. Great escape... everything you need to enjoy a fantastic week away in Breckenridge. Clean/Updated unit with great access to Main Street and the Mountains. James and Michelle are a pleasure to work with and respond immediately with any questions we had!

Amazing location in the heart of historic downtown Breckenridge. Restaurants a plenty out your front door with boutique shopping all around! Walking will be the only way of transportation needed once you arrive at the Tannhauser 2! Weather you want to make it to happy hour after a day on the slopes or a massage at the one of many spas, a short walk will be all that is required! The river walk is across the street for outdoor concerts, festivals, ice sculptures and many other events!
