The condo is quite dated.

The view was the absolute best asset of this condo. the condo needs new furniture, new appliances, new flooring and a personality, it is just blah! The upstairs bedroom, which is the only way to get to the balcony, is so very hot. The price is right for what you get!

Perfect amount of room for my family and I! I had a family of 6 stay there and there were more than enough room, bathrooms, etc. The view from this room is absolutely breathtaking! I will definitely rent through this owner again, very helpful & there if you had any issues with anything. No complaints whatsoever about this stay, thank you so much for having us!

5 star view and location, 3 star accomodation

We stayed in the penthouse P602 2 storey with huge lanai for two weeks January 31-February 14,2016. First view you have is of Diamond Head which is amazing. Incredible million dollar views all around during the day and at nite. Only 15 minute walk to the beach. The penthouse suite was like walking into a 1980's 3 star hotel. Old furniture, very sparse, unsafe stair railing with no spindles, very noisy and inefficient air conditioning. Main floor bedroom was the best of the two-it was a bit more modern and spacious. The upper bedroom carpet was disgusting;very stained and filthy. There are some renovations started in the bathrooms especially on the 2 main level bathrooms. Kitchen supplies were adequate but only 3 bowls and one wine glass! It is advertised as sleeps up to 8 but tough to feed eight with only four chairs and limited accessories.Overall the suite has great potential once renovated.

The large lanai provided spectacular views especially at sunrise and sunset. Also you have to see the fireworks from the lanai on Fridays nights. The barbacue on the lanai I'm sure has never been cleaned. It was disgusting but after burning off some of the grate residue for over an hour it was passable.

Front end hotel desk staff and security were very good. We recommend that you do breakfast at least once in the hotel main floor restaurant called The Cream Pot. Great variety and charm with excellent menu choices but we suggest reservations.

For groceries we recommend a very neat store called Don Quiote's which is a 5 minute drive away. Not as pricy as other stores with good selection.

Overall, based on the suite itself we cannot highly recommend especially for the decor and rooms. It's not worth the price you have to pay. If you can get past the suite great. The views and location helped to make up our disappointment of the suite.
