It has 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and a full kitchen.. Everything inside has been newly remodeled. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people. There is a private boat ramp with a large dock and individual boat slip as well as boat/jet ski trailer parking. There is a picnic area near the water as well as large grass picnic areas. It is located next to the marina outside of the country club. We are right across the street from restaurants and gourmet grocery store with wine shop.

About Clelie Arroyo/John Berkich
This is a family owned property. We all live in Reno, NV and we spend as much time at Lake Almanor as we can. We all work together to manage and maintain the property and make sure it is in excellent condition. Our cabin is located in a small resort with 10 other cabin owners and we all take a lot of pride and joy in our little community.

Perfect! Exactly as described.
Our first trip to Lake Almanor. The property was easy to find and matched our expectations. Beautiful view from the deck. We barbequed every night and enjoyed the outdoor patio. This property worked great - we took out boat and could launch and dock it at the property. We had a question and the owner's responded quickly and were very helpful. We would definitely recommend staying at this lakeside cabin.

Excellent - clean and updated
This is a gem - boat dock and slip at convenient access - one of the best features. This unit upstairs is roomy, clean and modern updated in "cabin decor" including big screen TV's. The whole property is easy access / walking distance to the upscale market and restaurants. Love the deck too as you can see your boat and the lake. Property managers were super nice too. Can't wait to return!
Exactly what we wanted!
The remodeled cabin was nice inside with a view to the lake. It was great having a protected slip for our boat. The kids used the fire pit by the water for making smores, while the adults enjoyed relaxing on the deck. The owners were easy to work with. Having the market, coffee house and restaurant across the street was very convenient. We will go back!
Beautiful place, the marina was perfect and the deck was amazing.
We stayed with another family. The cabin was the perfect size. Walking distance from a market and a great restaurant. If you have a boat, this place is perfect for you.
Guys fishing trip
Very helpful and friendly owner who was on the property while we were there. Great waster access. Clean, but a bit dated. Needs a little TLC>. Great for our fishing trip.
Close to the lake with a private boat launch and individual boat slip. The common grounds have a picnic area near the lake, large grass areas and a beautiful dock on a private area of the cove that has a log surf break around it to minimize the waves. Our unit has plenty of parking area for cars and boat/jet ski trailers. The outside of our unit has a large private deck off the sliding glass door that overlooks the lake with a beautiful view. The entire interior is newly remodeled and refurnished. Our pictures don't do it justice. Our unit is one of the few with multiple bathrooms and a tankless hot water heater. The unit is directly accross the street from an excellent restaraunt and bar as well as the local grocery/deli/coffee shop. Other restaurants are less than a half a mile away.
