This cabin is in the Almanor Lakeside Resorts along with 12 other cabins. This particular cabin is overlooking the lake with a beautiful view. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and a full kitchen.. Everything inside has been newly remodeled. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people. There is a private boat ramp with a large dock and individual boat slip as well as boat/jet ski trailer parking. There is a picnic area near the water as well as large grass picnic areas. It is located next to the marina outside of the country club. We are right across the street from restaurants and gourmet grocery store with wine shop.

About Clelie Arroyo/John Berkich
This is a family owned property. We all live in Reno, NV and we spend as much time at Lake Almanor as we can. We all work together to manage and maintain the property and make sure it is in excellent condition. Our cabin is located in a small resort with 10 other cabin owners and we all take a lot of pride and joy in our little community.

Stunning! Pride of ownership is evident. Clean and updated Lakeview cabin with all the amenities. Right on the water and across from a market if you forget anything. With 3 small children this was a perfect fit. Ryan and Clelie were very accommodating and helpful in answering any questions we had and even stocked us up with board games to play! We didn't get the snow we were looking forward to but would love to stay again in the summer months. Awesome stay!
Great Location and Beautiful Cabin!
From the gorgeous Jotul Stove to the beautiful decor you guys spared no expense! You have a wonderful cabin in a great location and we really enjoyed staying there. The boat dock/ramp worked perfectly for our needs. The only point I'd like to bring up to other possible renters is that if you're an angler the dock does not have power. We were able to take power from a nearby building with 150 feet of cord but if you were to run direct to the cabin you'd need about 300 feet to charge your boat. Its neither here nor there but bring enough cord so you're prepared..

Unforgettable weekend! Cabin is easy to get to, prime access to the water and conveniently located to restaurants and the market. The cabin is well kept, plenty of space for two families, and has all the amenities you would need for a short weekend or a week's stay. The owners of the cabin are great people and very easy to work with and accommodating. We are already planning our trip back next summer!

We love this area of Lake Almanor. There are many lovely people who own cabins at Almanor Lakeside Resort. The owner of this cabin really cares about his home and the renters. Ryan was very helpful and

The cabin is great! Perfect location, great for the kids, Moms and the whole family. Couldn't have asked for anymore. Can't wait to go again!

Close to the lake with a private boat launch and individual boat slip. The common grounds have a picnic area near the lake, large grass areas and a beautiful dock on a private area of the cove that has a log surf break around it to minimize the waves. Our unit has plenty of parking area for cars and boat/jet ski trailers. The outside of our unit has a large private deck off the sliding glass door that overlooks the lake with a beautiful view. The entire interior is newly remodeled and refurnished. Our pictures don't do it justice. Our unit is one of the few with multiple bathrooms and a tankless hot water heater. The unit is directly accross the street from an excellent restaraunt and bar as well as the local grocery/deli/coffee shop. Other restaurants are less than a half a mile away.
